I am a retired Echocardiography Technician and I would really appreciate you pointing out the pitfalls to Echocardiography in diagnosing PH. I have had many Echocardiograms over the years and all have said normal. I actually was finally diagnosed with moderate PH by Heart Cath. I know you will so Heart Cath is the Gold Standard for diagnosing PH. But if the Doctors use Echocardiography to rule out the need for further investigation, then you end up with, me and yes I am on Oxygen. The problem is some Doctors don’t realize, or recognize that it is possible to have a normal Echocardiogram and that Echo doesn’t rule everything out, or what is “most likely”. I would like to have this discussed, so that hopefully it can be more widely recognized. Thank you for you great lectures. All the Best
