You gotta let that pause breathe in between “they kill his dog” and “ok some people better die for that” Can’t edit that out, that’s the most important part.
Alternate dialogue- Screenwriter Guy: So later that night, they break into his house to steal his car. Producer Guy: Ooh, I bet it’s gonna be hard for him to fight off five guys at a time. Screenwriter Guy: And then they kill his dog. Producer Guy: (30 seconds later) Somebody better die over this. Screenwriter Guy: Oh, he kills them all, sir. Producer Guy: Good.
It's spelled L-E-D. I don't know why I'm suddenly seeing this misspelled everywhere. Lead is pronounced 'leed," or it's a toxic heavy metal. The past tense of the verb lead is led.
No lead has multiple meanings. He led the charge. Thats an LED bulb. He was the lead in the movie. He got lead poisoning. Weird for a word to have multiple meanings but they do.
