As a Warriors fan, this year’s ring felt so much sweeter than the other 3 that we won in my lifetime. 2015 was the rise. 2017 and 2018 was the domination. 2022 was the resurgence. After missing the playoffs back-to-back years and seeing probably the worst iteration of the Warriors in my lifetime, it felt so great to win this just two years after that disaster.

Steph makes his teammates better. I watched those championships, and he made KD look good, drew defenders, made great passes. He wears out the defense with his motion, and you can't leave him alone anywhere in the building.😀 But one thing some people miss is, pro sports are entertainment, and he is one of the most entertaining ever to play, and Kerr's system makes it fun to watch. I loved the Bird/Magic era because of the teamwork and the personalities. The GSW have a lot of that going for them. So, to me, haters and pundits are irrelevant. Steph has brought a lot of fans back to the NBA. Appreciate it.

Top 10 is hard. For me he is 10 or 11. But I think he's better than Magic. He can do what magic can do which is make everybody better but in a different way. The way is just having him ln the floor he already makes everybody better because of his ball movement. You add the shooting best ever and he's underrated finisher. And when he shoots mid range he makes it 9/10. I think magic is overracted. He's still great tho.
Why do these jack-offs pretend like the Warriors stood zero chance of ever winning another championship if Kevin Durant didn't join them? They were up 3 games to 1 and a number of unfortunate circumstances led that series to 7 games, and they were still within minutes of winning. It literally took all-time historic games from both LeBron and Kyrie to barely beat them in game 7. To say that 73 win team, that was one play away from winning back to back championships, would never sniff a title again is just plain stupidity. If Durant didn't join the Warriors, all they needed was a slight upgrade at the forward position to replace Harrison Barnes--someone who wouldn't completely go ice cold in the playoffs. Durant was a luxury, not a necessity. Steph and the Warriors would have been in contention for a title every year without Durant, and they likely would have won at least one of those times, which would still give Steph at least 3 rings...and most likely it'd probably be 4.

If bogut and iguodola don’t get hurt and Draymond don’t get suspended cavs would have been done in 5 in 2016 if Durant and KLAY don’t get hurt in 2019 we talking 6 rings easily
Curry played that finals with a strained MCL, sprained ankle and hurt shooting elbow during last games as well. Bogut was only healthy center Warriors had left, was defensive anchor and lost last 3 games after his injury. Before Boguts injury neither LeBron or Kyrie could get to rim and were getting destroyed trying to keep up with Warriors shooting from outside. After that injury they were able to continually get easy layups as Warriors had no 5 left on roster.

Cavs came back with 4 Warriors starters either out, hurt or suspended. Even with Kyrie and Love healthy most games Cavs were 2-10 vs Warriors over 2 year span prior to winning those 3 games. But keep telling yourself team with 16% winning percentage is superior.
If KD is the better and fantastic player then why didn’t he ever win outside of GS? Steph and the GS team don’t need him at all and we don’t need Parker’s bitter comments to pull down Steph’s abilities to win another ring at any NBA season.
Curry is one of the most under rated ball handlers in the NBA today. Always under control and so smooth and can get space to get his jumpshot off in a moments notice.

You failed to mention that KD was coming off an injury later in the 2017 season. He missed 19 games and came back to play the last 3 regular season games. Him coming back to the playoffs was essentially him getting ramped back up, so his numbers got better as the playoffs went along. Plus, in the finals, matchup for matchup, no one on the warriors really outplayed their counterpart, it’s just that KD was able to nullify LeBron and match him step for step and then some…KD was most impactful in the finals but Steph was still the overall best player on the team and clear leader.

Sports commentators say outlandish things to get people to look at them. It’s their way of advertising. If Parker says Steph is Top 15, the reaction is “ho hum, tell us something we don’t know”. So he takes the opposite track. Curry’s not an all-timer, Brady is washed up (five times). Stephen A Smith does the same kind of stuff…..makes controversial statements (in an extremely loud, irritating voice)…..so that people have something to listen and react to. It’s the whole theme of “any publicity is good publicity”.
