Yep, that's exactly the problem. I myself had an awful brain injury during training exercise at Fort Irwin, California. For years I did off the wall things, eventually losing my military career. What's funny is that I had another brain injury and it cleared everything up. It was like I was in a bad dream for years. I'm so much better now but I still have problems with my brain injury.

@@tonywalkerYougotswaw Aaron Hernandez was shown to have CTE and he was only 27 or 28. It had an effect on him. Junior Seau had CTE and he was only 43. CTE affects different people different ways. AB was a bit of a handful before the Burfict hit. He changed drastically almost immediately after that hit. It did something to him.

They didn’t arrest him because there are no laws against what he did. Obviously threatening to kill a cop is a no-no, but while it's probably not a great idea to antagonize a police officer, in most cases you won't get arrested for insulting or yelling at a cop.
