Many call Stephen Curry "Un-athletic", but many fail to realize the level of athleticism required to play in the NBA.. Sure he's not an athletic freak like Lebron or many other players or other guards his size, but if you watch this you'll see many above the average 360s, two hand dunks, windmills, in game dunks, and more. Not many people can pull those off. If you are serious about wanting to play in the NBA and cannot do what you see in this video, then you would be considered a below average athlete, which means it's time to work on your athleticism. If you DO dunk just like Steph, don't shape your game just around your athleticism, in the NBA it's not going to be too impressive! Work on what is going to be effective at the next level. (disclaimer a good vertical jump doesn't necessarily mean you are NBA athletic but they are often correlated)
