If the floss is something that bothers you, maybe look into something like a water flosser or an air flosser. They also remove plaque better than regular floss that pretty much only removes physical food particles (from what I've noticed)
I have been using Lunapads for at least two years. I love them so much. They come in lots of different sizes and I don't find that they move around (although the smaller the pad the less secure all cloth pads get imo). They always have sales and coupon codes :) (They are a Canadian company but have a USA and International site option). Edited because I forgot to add that they have a program called One4Her that "aims to improve access to education for girls, while supporting local employment for women in Uganda." Basically for every eligible product you buy, a student in need will be provided with a Uganda-made AFRIpad to support her education.
if you hate shampoo bars, you could try ayurvedic herbal shampoo powder. it works pretty well (i use it on vacations to reduce liquids in my carry on bag) and doesn't strip my hair of oil too much.
A Merkur razor dupe is the QShave. Its $20 for the razor and blades and is excellent. I bought it for myself (for my legs) but my boyfriend has taken it over for his face and says it's the "greatest razor in the history of the world".
Have you tried rinsing your hair with apple cider vinegar mixed with water after washing your hair with shampoo bar? I've read that the shampoo bar (no matter what ingredients used as long as it's "real" soap) leaves your hair/scalp ph way too alkali, so you need to neutralize it with acidic vinegar. I tried shampoo bar for couple weeks and was ready to give up but then I learned about the vinegar rinse and it worked like a miracle. Also, what's the brand and name for your vitamin D? Great video! Thanks!
I tried using shampoo bars then using castille soap for my hair... I wasn't a fan of either option, though they worked the best when I followed up with an apple cider vinegar rinse. Perhaps that might help with your hair?
Are you sure you're not brushing your teeth too hard with the senzacare toothbrush? I haven't noticed any deformed bristles with mine and (since I don't really believe in the 3 month thing) I just boil them every couple months and I've been using the same one for over a year without any wear or tear
I'm always happy to see people talk about reusable menstrual products! I'd like to recommend PreciousStarsPads here on youtube, and PutACupInIt, both their website and youtube channel. Excellent resources for anyone interested.
