Great interview. He should absolutely be in the Hall Of Fame.

Very good clutch hitter...as a Dodger hater I would get that sinking feeling when he came up to the plate in a scoring situation.

Imagine having the same infield for 8 years now. Impossible...

If Ted Simmons and Harold Baines are in Hall, Steve Garvey should be. Had a great late run with San Diego.

Such a great player. One of the premier stars in MLB in the 70’s he absolutely should be in the MLB HOF!

That 2nd base umpire Garvey was talking about was Joe Brinkman and he talked about the call when I was at his umpire school years after and said that Reggie Jackson "couldnt disappear" thus the reason there was a no call.

My first question to Steve Garvey "How do you feel about Cheap Seats ripping you apart?".

Garvey should be allowed into the Hall-of-Fame only with a paid admission ticket. However, his ego would not allow his head into the door.
