i can never get over the fact that in 1997 all three of steve jobs' companys were at the edge of bankruptcy and by the time he passed away they all are the most successful companies in their own category

NeXT technically counts but it’s also just a part of Apple but yeah Steve saved Apple and Pixar which was really cool

What a well spoken man, what a sharp mind he had, what a visionary man Steve Jobs was. Stuff of legends.

Many may of not liked the man, But many understand we like what he envisaged. And he proved it by doing it.

For the end user, maybe. But Jobs was a piss poor manager.

Maybe Jobs 1.0 had some rough edges. After NeXT moderate success and Pixar's smashing success and Apple's turn around - Jobs 2.0 was firing on all billion cylinders. ---- What did Michael Dell say about Apple, after Jobs returned? Where is Dell now?

i agree with you on this one, they evolutionized technology when steve came back, the ipod- worlds best MP3 player with a new thing called a click wheel. And some thing that everybody has in smartphones these days which is multitouch. The iphone and the ipod were far ahead of the market
@CraigBickerstaff
@CraigBickerstaff 5 лет назад
Before the iPod came out the company went into a bit of a slouch, especially with the introduction of the G4 cube which underperformed.

Ultimately, Apple computer, under the leadership of Steve Jobs, recognized that an immense amount of value could be packed into an iPhone. This product provided a great platform for the development and use of thousands of applications that owners of iPhones, androids, and tablets use on a daily basis. After a while, it didn't make sense not to own an Apple iPhone or android simply because of the unmatched power and versatility these products offer.

1985 Macintosh required some changes and he was meddling with some other affairs . He did not deliver what was required or started working on orders or something else bla bla. Corporate world they say is full of opportunist. Someone took advantage hired people and told him " no work for u " his team said U re brilliant but apple doesn't need you. In crude words it was high level coup/politics. He could not manage it at the age of 30. Apple sued him for carrying the trade secret. Sued the co founder. He had no powers as CO FOUNDER of the company to do the same being co founder whether it goes in profit or losses I will manage its my baby. Apple does not need u. All documents, contract of not competing with Apple everything was used to for him. He was not the majority shareholder so board took a decision . It was all prdecided preplanned. But he was lucky the whole incident was labelled as corporate setback. He shd hav sued them . There also some clause in the contract might have stopped him. If he is admitting he could not deliver after so much humiliation insults blaming bicing breach of trust , it sounds fair or professional. But asking the co founder to exit the company seems unfair. All Others will continue. Nothing to offend someone.

What has Apple done since Steve Jobs passed? How about raise prices and make the app store look awful and very in user friendly. For new innovating products nothing is on the horizon accept for some spec bumps. Focus on the lower class which is the majority of the world population and you'll see a better reputation and future.

How so? This video is not about the beginnings of Apple. If they would not mention him (and credit him big time) at that stage, it would be weird. But this is about Jobs Next/Pixar/Return to Apple -stage.
