Steve Kerr: 9 Rings in 9 Minutes
• Steve Kerr: 9 Rings in...
Steve Kerr has been a part of some of the greatest teams in NBA history. The Chicago Bulls second 3-peat team with Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. The San Antonio Spurs team with Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili. The Golden State Warriors team with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant (as a coach).

This guy. 1999, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2014... Dynasty means 3+ in a decade if you understand sports. 5 in 15 years is incredible at the talent they faced. Kobe, Lebron, Shaq, Iverson, Vince, Dirk, KG, Billups, Zo, Webber, CP3, Big Ben, Grant Hill, Smarrion, Mello, T-mac, Reggie Miller, Prime Dwight, Ray Allen (That take that trophy off the court in 2013 was legendary), Jason Kidd, Paul Pierce, Steve Nash, D Wade, Pau and a tiny bit of Michael Jordan. I'm missing a lot of names but these last 2 decades are what you would call "Monumental" so to neglect the Spurs a "dynasty" status in ludicrous. Anyone who knows anything about Ball knows Spurs are (Were) a wall. A large one. Show some respect.

Let's give credit where credit is due, Steve kerr had been surrounded by greatness for most of his professional career. He didn't end up in the bulls and spurs by accident though. He's was a key player in every championship he's ever won and his forward thinking coaching transformed the golden state warriors from laughing stocks to legitimate contender's and eventually multiple time nba championships. You don't win 73 games in one season with player talent alone. Steve's always played his role exceptionally well and deserves all of his success!

bro do you even know what a 4 peat is? yes they went to the finals 5 times but they did not win the title 4 straight years to be called a 4 peat. they did not even do a three peat. as dominate as the warriors was, they were no were near the teams like the 60's celtics, bulls 90's and early 2000's lakers. these three teams are on a hole different lvl, especially the 60's celtics and 90's bulls. if you were to compared the golden states to other great teams, then the 80's celtics and lakers teams would be a really good comparison. both teams were really good but could not pull off a three peat to save their lives. just like the golden states. a team full of super stars but could not pulled off a three peat to cement themselves as one of the greatest team to ever play the game. golden states was a really great team but they were no where near pulling off a 4 peat and they were not even close to pulled off a 3 peat.

The Russell era Celtics WERE stopped twice - once mostly by Bill getting hurt during his second Finals series (out most of 3 games with a sprained ankle), once by the Wilt-led 76ers. The common thread of those two stops? Alex Hannum as the opposing COACH both times.

Steve Kerr was is the man! Grew up watching the man play with the Bulls. His shots were legendary and awesome! Didn't keep up w him for a few years and then I watched his team - The Warriors - win their first championship. There was something really familiar about their playing style....? Oh yeah, they were killers on that 3 pt jumpshot! :-)

Insane that Kerr played for both Phil and Pop, and played with MJ & Pippen, and Duncan & Robinson. That doesn't even include all the supporting cast behind those Hall of Famers.
