Steve, I watched your interview on Rick Beato's channel....Great!!! Want to thank you for opening up about your arthritis and dealing with the pain of it. I also have it in my thumb joints only but damn it sure can hurt when playing the guitar at times. Best wishes for 2024...

This is fun, Jay! I was taking private lessons with Steve for a couple of years recently. I might learn this for the guitar-exercise, use the backing track and make a video (crediting you and Steve of course). I'll let you know if I do.
