Steve is nervous after Peggy flipped off a driver on the way back from the video store.
From Married With Children, Season 3, Episode 15, 'The Harder They Fall'. While driving Peggy back from the video store, Steve gets cut off in traffic and Peggy gives the driver "the finger." Steve then asks the Bundys to come over to his and Marcy's house as protection because he's afraid of violent reprisal.

After Steve punches the other driver he then asks Al for help carrying him into the house. When Al gets to the door he asks Steve, "This him?" How many people does Steve have laying on his front lawn that Al needs to know which one to pick up? 🤔

The reaction from Al was not to ask which it was but he was indirectly making fun of Steve because the guy was a dwarf. You didn´t get the simplest of jokes.
