Mr. Perry, I don't have the words. You do! Yet, you always write songs that speak to my soul. I miss you. I wrote an essay/poem in 7th grade saying my dream was to jam with Journey. I have realized that I have been jamming with Journey this whole time. I'm 54 years young. My kids and grandkids are jamming with YOU, Mr. Perry. Thank you for all my thoughts you sang. I love you.

I absolutely LOVE this song! My husband with anoxic brain injury sings the chorus SO EASY TO LOVE. Also he can sing all the words to Faithfully. He brings tears to my eyes. I pray that you give us more. You are so very loved.

I'm a singer in a progressive metal band and Steve Perry has been a guilty pleasure of mine for years. I'm so glad that he's finally released new material. This is one of my favorites from the album. Instead of comparing what he used to do with Journey...I'm just going to say that this is an awesome album. For someone that's close to 70 years old...this is a masterpiece. He stays within himself. Not trying to be a reborn Journey that I'm sure many would've expected or wanted. His voice is still one in a million in my eyes and ears. So glad he's back!!!

I love how Steve really brings in Sam Cooke on this one. I was always a fan of Sam Cooke too! I think this is an incredible piece of work by Steve and the entire band. The entire album inside and out is a masterpiece! Each song sung and performed so beautifully by Steve and background vocals by his awesome band. The record was produced with perfection. The artwork shows a timeline of Steve’s life so beautifully. He is all over social media and doing radio interviews, as well as TV with his interview on CBS’s Sunday Morning Oct 7th. Plus, making special appearances . Whoever is managing him these days is doing an excellent job and knows his/her stuff! I’ve never seen a media blitz so well planned and executed as this! Not to mention the possibility of a tour! Well done Mr. Steve Perry, well done!! ❤️❤️❤️😘

Mother passed away. Sherrie drops him like a bad smoking habit. Finds a new love only to end up losing her to cancer and today, at age 70, still has the pipes and the voice to put the sweetest lyrics to music! And people still wonder why Neal Schon is going around the world chasing his shadow and coattails! Steve Perry hasn't forgotten his Journey-based roots, but he's showing everyone he can do quite well without them!

Beyond belief to be listening to new Jour----oops! Steve Perry music. SP could make a record singing "Happy Birthday" and I'd want to hear it. As a certified member of Gen-X, Journey was the soundtrack of my teens, and will always be. But what I'd like to say, that's maybe different from the mainstream, is that I've listened to the whole album Street-talk, as much or more, than any Journey record, except for Escape. Love FLOSMedicine, also. I was prepared to live the rest of my life enjoying the existing Journey /SP catalog, on repeat, until ready to leave this planet. That would be me, in the day room of the senior center, turning up the volume on their stereo to 'Open Arms' or 'Lights' .....and daring anybody to turn it down....staff or resident....brandishing my cane with bad intentions. But to have new music added to the canon of work, is an unexpected gift from the velvet voice of my generation. Thank you Mr. Perry. I'm glad your Mom told you to keep trying

This track is so easy to love...just mesmerising. The music with your voice just put you in a soft and relax mood. I like that sound at 3.35...the piano/ organ sound .The opening 0.12 just open up the soul, then the gentle beat keep you listening for more and your voice comes flying like a soft summer breeze. I love that song.

Love this song, I once heard Steve say his voice was his instrument, therefore he tried to look after it. I think the time he took out ,in hindsight was probably a great thing. He has come back , with his whole heart and soul. A big thanks goes out to the wonderful Dr Kellie Nash, even though she’s not with us now, she gave us all a great gift when she asked him to promise not to go back into isolation again and I think Steve knows that it was her way of getting him to take a look at his music again. So that was her gift to us all. He’s certainly doing her proud, and may there be a lot more wonderful songs to come. He certainly is the Voice, and pretty nice guy as well. I’m so happy she come into his life, because I think she loved him every bit as much as he loved her. 🎼♥️🇦🇺💋🇺🇸🕺🏻💃🎆🌹

The Voice, The legend!!!!

So easy to love Steve Perry music and The Voice! This song is my absolute favourite from the album. I thought I loved some of the others, but this one takes me to another level! It's old school soul Motown, but with a twist of reggae! Steve's voice is completely magnificent on both the lead and the gorgeous layered backing vocals. He sounds the same as he has for 25 years -- signature Steve Perry from start to finish! I get chills every single time I listen and I can't get this one out of my head since I got my CD on Wednesday. I could just put this one on repeat for the rest of my life.
