I would recognize him anywhere. I have seen several celebrities over the years and have said Hello, smiled politely, given them quiet recognition and their space to just be. You don't have to jump or harass them to show your love. ❤ Steve is an ICON !

It happens that the store and area where these photos were taken are accustomed to having celebrities and other well known individuals in their midst. Also, they are respectful of said celebrities' and other well known individuals' privacy and graciously allow them the everyday activities that most people engage in without fanfare. Wouldn't it be nice if everybody practiced such respect?

I've met several celebrities in my life. I've said hello and kept walking. Other times, I've met up and hung out. I was blessed enough to see what made them celebrities. Singing, acting, whatever, it was an amazing experience. Mr. Perry deserves respect and to live how HE CHOOSES, not how anyone else thinks he should.

If I was Mr. Perry and 75 I wouldn't necessarily always want to be recognized. People have unrealistic expectations of you. However, he has aged well and still has his talent. We are enjoying the impressive legacy he left us. As a society we are not ok with aging but we are all going there. ❤❤❤❤❤

He probably enjoys living a normal life and is relieved not to be hassled. Certainly one of the great voices, not sure if I’d say greatest but that’s all personal taste so how can anyone truly say greatest. I’d certainly say one of the greats

I would definitely not have recognized him if it weren't for social media and me singing seeing him on his RU-vid channel in a short talking about his "holiday lights" and introducing us to his "holiday helpers" and then singing part of his new Christmas album. Although I wish he had kept singing, I'm so glad he stepped away to take care of himself and had the luxury of leading a normal life like you and I have. Glad he's back though, signed with a new label, and patiently awaiting his new album! ❤❤❤🤗🥰

Steve is from the 80,s. Most people would not know him if they were talking to him. You have to be a hard core vintage rock person to know him. Now adays people know who Journey is but not Steve. In fact younger people like Arnel over Steve. I hope he comes back as he says. I would know him anywhere. Him and Greg.

That's not Steve Perry. A similar look alike, yes but sorry....not him. Im a photo realism portrait artist and see those little things easy.He has a RU-vid channel and anyone can see how he now looks. Perry's nose has become more curved and is much more rounder all the way to the tip. Eyes a bit closer set. Perry has been seen with his daughter and grandson often enough.

Steve has been filmed before with a blonde woman, signing autographs and driving a white car. He wears shorts a lot and I have seen pics of him wearing that jacket. It's Steve Perry !
