Yep just turned 48 and watching this reminded me of old Powell VHS tapes I’d wear out watching and rewinding over and over again. It just needs Lance Mountain to look into the camera with some goofy faces to complete the vibe.

@@famousarmystudio Haha yeah, man, my copy of Animal Chin was pretty ragged it got passed around so much. I turned 45 yesterday, and treated myself to a little skate, even though I retired due to ill health 6 years ago, I still have an occasional blast just for the joy of it! It's amazing how you keep most of the balance and muscle memory even after years of not skating. I loved it in the late nineties when people began uploading skate videos to IRC XDCC servers for download. At once point I had just about all the videos from the 80's and 90's. I've still got most of them burned to CD, though whether they still play or not I don't know. Virtually all of them are up free to watch on RU-vid now anyway.

Makes me wonder what my old 87 cab would skate like with modern ply!
