#Queen #Collab #NunoBettencourt Nuno Bettencourt, Steve Vai, Brian May, Zakk Wylde, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tosin Abasi performing Bohemian Rhapsody at Home. / leandrofreitasofficial
@@dstfno well its kind a surprise mate cause we all know the stories behind malmsteen ego. But yes he is a great musician, one of the best without a single doubt.
All guitar gods in their own right ....but really showing the depth of their musicianship by sticking to their parts and playing within themselves....result....6.43 minutes of pure magic .👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
And too damn hard for these kinda guys... (maybe for all of us guitarists) but hey, kudos to them for making it not about themselves but rather about something greater. And greater it was.
Brian May grinning when he starts playing his solo was just priceless. Also Malmsteen's lockdown project of building a fort out of Marshall heads is progressing nicely
His guitar sound has that other level of class too. Everyone else's sounds uber processed and buzzy, and Brian's has this elegant analogue cleanliness to the distortion which just shines and sings over the rest like it's in charge.
It's the melody/arrangement that no other guitarist can outdo compared to Brian's version. It's so classical that the song will last even after the end of the world.
Yes virtually unheard of.. I was waiting for it.... waiting.....waiting for the big arpeggio. It never came. That's the best he's played in the last few years!
Спасибо всем! И музыкантам, и тем кто идёт этим путём, и тем кто слушает музыку. Если бы люди всегда занимались творчеством, хотя бы музыкой, то может и войн не было в этом мире... Всем Добра и Мира!
Zakk ' s role Is very limited ,his Great Guitar talent and feeling should be the top of this performance ... Anyway Bettencourt palying and feeling melodies Is Great! ♥️
All great guitarist, all In Control, no one is trying to run away with it. Just a team collaboration, playing one of the all time greatest songs by one of the all time greatest Bands. Simply Perfect
Hey. Let's all salute the editor of this. That's some serious amount of time spent to bring this song to live /life. Whoever you are sir, I say well done.
Not to knock Queen or your sentiments, but there is a five guitar jam of the Game of Thrones theme that unites rock and country guitarists and it is awesome. Check it out via search, I don’t have a handy link, sorry.
Been missing out on this for 2yrs… dang! Glad I have now experienced this awesomeness! Nuno… you know… wow! Nice way to lead/stand out of the ring of living guitar gods!
Its a testament to their musicianship, they put there egos aside and played to the song and not embellished on it, which they ALL could have easily done.
That whammy control was freaking awesome. The entire freaking thing was amazing. I usually hate this type of thing but every single guitarist here is so gifted and they've all dedicated their lives to the instrument. And it freaking shows.
Wow, tastes differ quite a lot here. I also liked Nuno's warm tone more than the other's harsh tone. That buzz and noise doesn't bother me at all. I think a higher pitched tone works well for fast fiddly bits, but not for these slow human voice like melodies, in which case I prefer the warmer (lower) tone.
Incredible performance, Amazing musicians. Thank you for the many hours of entertainment and for your dedication in reaching the highest levels of playing an instrument!
@@fezzes428 Bruh its a self fulfilling prophecy of horseshit. The fucking algorithim throws them into my shorts and because I have no self control I just keep swiping down and technically watching them against my will. TikTok is raping me.
I stand in humble awe and respect for all these fine men. These musicians. These loving beings uniting for something simply....beautiful and True. Thank you, Leandro for posting this and thank you to everyone who played on this AND the amazing person/people who edited the video. FLAWLESS!!!! ❤🔥
recording from a living room, studio, basement... But my man Yngwie? in front of 50k worth of Marshalls, and Zak in a weight room !!.. Gotta love those Brothas !!
These are the performances one dreams about when considering: “What if the greatest guitarists in the world collaborated on Bohemian Rhapsody?” Truly spectacular performance by all. Tone, balance, nuance, control; it’s all there.
Such a beautiful thing. All those legends playing a classic they all sat in their bedrooms at one point learning. And playing it with Sir Brian May. Just awesome
And... He's never without that same old faithful Washburn N4. It's like he has a very special connection with that particular guitar. To be fair, if you manage to get an old production model.. They are really great! Everything about that guitar just seems to be so well thought out and comfortable without looking dorky.
Whenever I listen to this song, whether in acoustic version, piano, classical, cover, a cappella, orchestra, symphony, street artist, etc. I cannot stop listening to it in its entirety. this is a wonderful version.
When I was 15 I was In a guitar shop and an old fella was telling me ‘Brian May is the best guitarist in the world’ - I honestly was laughing and spewing out mega players, but I didn’t get it. What a fool I was.
He's my favorite guitar player when it comes to guitar melodies, they're all unearthly, but imo Brian May plays lead as if he's written it out on the piano first. Just unreal.
He takes his time playing, it isn't too much trouble, and he isn't in a hurry. You can tell he learned before the shredders came along and it shows! A very unique musician.
If there is one big positive thing about this human malware situation, it's all the great music we get to experience. Who would've thought this collab would ever happen. So cool!
Every one of these dudes showed massive respect for this classic song, completely wank free! This is like in my top 5 all time coolest things I've ever seen!
I mean, what would he do anyway? He could do a solo line or two but ultimately his personal style would be hard to fit in this type of thing. He couldn't just thump "anyway the wind blows" on the 8th string lol.
WOW, that was beautifully done. Everyone worked perfectly together and didnt stray from the song to go off on their own tangent. They all worked together to pay homage to this great song. MUCH respect everyone and SUPER WELL DONE. You all made my day. Cheers fellas from Australia.
