One of my favorite memories of my daughter is when she was just in diapers, she was standing up holding on to the stereo stack in the living room while this played. She was bouncing up and down and wiggling her little butt to the beat. I hope to be able to play it at her wedding next year.
@@alesiaking5578 Thanks! But I didn't like it, too sugary. To me, his improv on woodoo child and little wing are more jazzy. At least sometimes (such as in Finland).
Never heard or saw this version before. Fantastic. What a genius player. Great bass player and drummer also. And I love the sound of the organ here very much.
A guitar and singing solo legend..a,writer of songs, music writer, rhythem writer, producer and a great man. Great band members..never will be forgotten..his music is popular with fans..always lives in our hearts,RIP
My friend beg me to go see Stevie Ray Vaughan and bought tickets for this show. I saw a lot of great guitarist but Stevie top them all. Stevie Ray closed the Capitol Theater that night where many of great artists played.
SENSATIONAL...Stevie Ray Vaughan is LEGEND...r you with me? Gave sooo much the short time he was with us and inspired the music world on Blue's and rock n roll..What a voice and what a guitar player he was..such talent wont be unknown and neither will Stevie's NAME...RIP
Tommy Shannon was really bound to Stevie in a way, it's sad to see in interviews you can really tell playing bass with him was his whole life. Didn't really know how to move on for a while.
@@sandragriffiths9692 He represented the best of the 80s, when the country wasn't nearly as divided as it is now. It's not anywhere near being the same as it was then.
STEVIE ,PLAYED M,H,A,LITTLE LAMP, LIKE A TRUE MASTER MUSICIAN ,GUITARIST THAT HE IS, WHAT A WONDERFUL SOUND OF HIS GUITAR PLAYING, TRULY ONLY HE CAN PLAY LIKE THAT, WHAT A LOSS TO NOT HAVE HIM HERE MAKING MORE MUSIC.😎BOB,MISS YOU STEVIE,#1 FAN.
When I would ever listen to Mary had a little lamb when I was 3. I would always listen to this version because it is way freakin better than the original
Why oh why did he ever get in that copter? Weather bad, he should of felt that is wasn't a good time, either that or it was his true calling...oh so good excellent never again will anyone even come close to his talent, we just didn't get enough but at least we have cd's, tapes, albums and video's to hear him, never be forgotton Stevie Ray Vaughin, the Lord you way too soon, but maybe he wanted you for himself.......R.I.P. Always and Forever......

Go right on and try hard not to fall off
You are watching and hearing an extraordinary talent,a master guitar player on the same high level,if not above and beyond that of Hendrix...thank God for RU-vid
Grew Up N Projects N Oakcliff Stevie Ray Vaughn. Is As Tough As Any Projects Yes He's Missed N Texas n If U Don't Know That Than U Know Nutting Bout Talent
Michelle, He was a prodigy. Once he started playing, like at the age, of 7, that's all there was. I'm not sure about Dallas, but I am sure that he was so very very gifted. We can also thank Jimmy for laying the groundwork. His music should live forever. He is sorely missed by me.
Michelle, All the rest of us can do is figure out how to carry on, without the likes of him. The guy literally blew the roof off this theatre in Norfolk Virginia where I was stationed. I'm so very lucky to have seen him.
One out of 4 helicopters and it just so happened to be the one Stevie was on..did anyone find out why the pilot crashed the helicopter? A mystery to me so far..miss you Stevi Vaughan
@William Walker why would it be an error when the pilot came in to the resort and had to know the route and height to fly and get by that ski resort..r u with me?
