You are so blessed to have such a personal memory like that. ❤ I saw him at like 11 years old in the 80's at the Apollo Theatre. The energy of that concert has always stayed with me ever since. I'm immensely grateful that he's been on this planet in our lifetimes.

I was there too! Really the greatest concert I’ve ever been to…..carried away completely on a cloud of love, a Oneness, a freedom that he created and creates that I am still inspired (as I write songs myself. I always thank him in my heart and write chord changes that I think might turn him on!) Stevie Wonder is “the second coming” in my opinion. What other form could Christ consciousness appear in?? All love and gratitude to the man 🌟

I've seen him a few times. Never for four hours, but seldom less than three. He is determined to give audiences an unforgettable experience. :)

That appreciation warms his heart - by-passes his ego as he has none - warms his soul to know his message has got across and brought Oneness to the world …here, in the form of this crowd. So blessed to have been there. He’s so uplifting. Hair-raising indeed!

(were you actually performing on there? -saw one of your videos) At the time of this concert I was about 17, five years into my deep love for Stevie's music. Ironically I live in London, so was right there in the city at the time of the concert, but, since there was no 'information age' as we now have; I knew nothing of the major concerts and couldn't have known that Stevie was right there in my city at the Wembley Arena. To be fair, at that age I was still a bit of a closet Stevie Wonder fan and feared my friends would have thought of the music as uncool. It's only years later that I started realizing just how significant he was. I was probably surrounded by fans and didn't even know it. Anyway, so glad to have the internet now with all these great live performances. He truly is a master of bringing all sorts of people together.

First time I saw him at Wembley Arena 1980 he had a horn section, I remember Hank Redd on sax. Last gig at Hyde Park performing Songs in the Key of Life, full horn and strings section. The 12 year old Genius will be a 71 year old genius next week.

Listening at 1 a.m. Dec 15, 2021! As fresh, exciting,uplifting as it was the night I was there. His giving nature…never once stopping to say the proverbial thank you between songs, never stopping g to swig on water….just go go go momentum built to a frenzy of joy!! ( Also, as an aside, we are blessed to have RU-vid and how the universe always seems to send the right link at the right time! )
