The state is not innocent in all this. Closing hospitals has been a systemic problem that’s been going on for years. People aren’t less in need of local medical care.

Norwood hospital..its been said for years, "i wouldn't bring my dog there"also i heard he had connections to trump. That would explain he never paid his bills, like trump.
