Excellent video. Straight to the point. I have the BR430 and it recently started acting up. It starts and runs fine for about 60 seconds then boggs down and dies. Changed the air filter and that worked briefly. So I changed the plug and removed the spark arrestor. No luck. Next I'm going to change the fuel filter and pull the carb and clean it real good. One step at a time. It's due for all of this anyway after 7 years.I just use it at home and not commercially. Did notice an increase of power after I removed the spark arrestor and was hoping that was the issue but I can never be that lucky lol. Any other suggestions?

Very helpful! I have the exact same model. Mine just stopped shutting off a couple days ago. Think that's something that can be fixed, or do you think it needs to be replaced?
Hello there! I'm working on a back blower similar to this one. I've replaced the manifold gasket 'cause it was liking but now starts and runs for a minute or two and then dies. Feels like gets hot. Any idea what it might be??? Thanks in advance and have a blessed day!
We have the FS 250, where on earth does the spring go in the throttle control handle, for the trigger lock? The trigger came out, with the spring while we were trying to fix the throttle cable. For the life of us cannot figure out how the damn spring goes back on that part of the handle! Once we get that in, we're done! PLEASE HELP A.S.A.P! Thanks
hey there I have a Br430 backpack blower I have a problem with the spark , I changed the plug still no spark took the 2 wires off the coil still no spark changed the coil gap properly and still no spark could it be the fly wheel?
