Your rapping your motor way way way to high for the amount of wood ur cutting dude, makes ur 500 sound like hell, you should master a few smaller saws before you take that ,500 on it'll get ya if ur not careful. I own two of em only saw I'll run
I was a 661 fanboy, it was my baby.. then my shop loaned me a 500i for a day. I bought it that evening.. its the best saw , pound for pound , ever made.. I still love my 661, but it sits in reserve the biggest, gnarliest stuff I come across. The 500i is my main saw. I could sell my 362, and 261 and not miss them .
