Had a hard time finding these fish. Wasn't sure if I was in the right areas or using the right bait. But either way I still wouldn't change this day for one in an office.
Glad to see you’re out getting after them man! I can’t wait to get after them here in Nebraska. Just waiting to have it warm up some. Hope to fish with you some day!
Them rods look awesome. Im going to save up and try to get me some of them. Love watching your videos. My me some planner boards like you did in your videos.

My family used to fish a lot when I was a teenager. Due to life we stopped for about 15 years. Just got my brand new 17 foot boat in and going to get back into. Been watching your videos to relearn and see what is done different from those days. Thanks for all the info that you explain!
Do you have a time card punching job. If you don't God bless you for doing what you love. Many times at work i think of a tight line getting smacked. Love your show.
Micka, Being a Flathead Fisherman from Pennsylvania. Hog nose sucker live and baby carp are by far the best bait. If you want the state record Flathead also use Live bait.. Big flatheads prefer anything Their laterial line can feel. don't expect big fish every time. If I can catch 50# fish in Pa you surely could get ones that are 100# God Bless
Hey Mr. Burkhart, can you tell me what rod holders you're using on your Mul-T-Bar's? I bought a set and one of them broke on my 1st time out on a 5lb catfish. Thank you so much!! BTW... Keep up the awesome videos!!
The black boards are effective.. Several years ago Bill Dance did a show painting jugs different colors and letting them out on the Mississippi river. The flat black ones were by far the most visible especially at longer distance.
