Still Game - The Final Farewell. Last ever show at the Hydro 

Being a very latecomer to Netflix, and living in South Africa, Still Game was unheard of here. By chance I googled the show, read the overview,and started watching. Eventually I wasnt looking at a TV screen, but walking the streets of Craiglang, enjoying a drink and chat in the Clansman, mooching around Navid s store, enjoying my pies, taking in the breathtaking Scottish scenery. To all the brilliant, much loved cast, thank you for bringing such joy to my life.

I discovered still game, during the great Lockdown Quarantine of 2020, which we're still in as I write this. I couldn't take my eyes off it, hilarious, genius, that ending was powerful. Deserving, I wish it never finished.

You can have Cheers, Seinfeld, Friends, the Office...all of them. I'll take Still Game over any of them. Best sit com of all time, bar none. Miss this show something terrible.

I just watched the final episode two nights ago. I am NOT an emotional person. I have NEVER cared about TV shows at all. This show, honestly, felt like family. I was truly sad, but smiled, at the closing scene. You gave me years of entertainment. God bless you all for this show.

I still laugh from episode 1 onwards even though I've seen them many times.

I am so sad. I had to watch each episode over and over to understand, and then I'd laugh so hard each time. Best show ever, anytime, anywhere. I never thought it would end. You were all so real to me.

Been watching this show for a long time, so glad my brother turn me on to it many years ago. Just saw the final show and feel like there has been a death in my family, I still am feeling an emotional loss as I write this. Thanks for a gift that will keep on giving, and to ease my sadness I will start to re-watch whole series from the beginning and will pay close attention to all the cast. This show is a modern day miracle, it has crossed all international borders uniting peoples around the world, and has brought a cure for mankind's woes, even if for but a day, and that is Laughter.

it’s probably for the best they ended the show they have been doing this show for many many years and they earn a break but there will be more future TV shows or movies starring the same actors so we just gotta wait… Much love to still game giant fan of still game and still game made me become brave I watch then when I was a kid they help me go through the toughest times they made me happy when I was sad so I thank you still game so goodbye still game you were my favourite show for many many years 😢

I only started watching Still Game this year (2022), I'm in the U.S. and someone recommended it while Outlander was off until the next season. I have binge watched every show and I can't stop laughing (I'm even starting to understand the accents now!) At the end of the final show I cried and cried. The characters on that show are so believable, and so loveable...I'm so lucky to have found it! 🙃

I'm so lucky to be 36, grew up with real computer games on the Spectrum, Italia 90, Messi, Ronaldo, the Arches, and Still Game, on TV and 2 of the live shows. This was amazing, like closure almost.

This is my all time favorite show and will be a classic to watch online. Sending hugs from Akron, Ohio. Update: The final episode is a powerhouse full of great scenes. The cast and producers did a great job for the Still Game Fans.

I think the upsetting thing is not seeing everyone together again, I mean yes we may see some other shows where a couple of the cast work together. But not seeing them all together is a horrible thought. But Still Game is one of those shows even if ends, we'll be rewatching over and over for years to come.

Thanks for all the chuckles and belly laughs you gave us folks. I was "greetin'" watching the last show on television, but laughing too. Every one of those characters is loved and readily identifiable to many of us fans, even here in Belfast. I think it was the right thing to do, going out on top like you did. I want to thank all of you for brightening up a very dark and dull existence for me once a week for all those years. Good luck for all that you set yourselves to in the future. I wish you rainbows.

It’s very fun while it lasted for the Still Game crew. It’s a shame the show’s ending. It’s one of the greatest sitcoms of all time and in the country.

I discovered it earlier this year, another quarantine binge, and have been watching it all the time. I just love these characters so much! The ending was so poignant and sad, but I don't think it could have been done better than it was. Wonderful!

I'm glad that's the end of still game I'm getting older now & I don't think i could make it through another (a dug bit it aff) or (if i wasnae catching this bus) pish yersel laughing line, even my maw has laughed at some of the lines & she has no sense of humour at all, Loved the show loved the characters but fur the sake of my health don't do any Christmas specials my heart just couldn't take it.

The ONE ONLY THING I regret that they never did again, Why didn`t do more 70 `s flashbacks when they were younger? LOVE YOU ALL STILL GAME!

I was at the show on the 2nd last night and it was absolutely hilarious, honestly the props used on stage was just hilarious, the acting was funny as anything, my mum and dad and myself couldnt stop laughing, fantastic farewell show, wish it wouldnt end, but ill be watching still your series on netflix, best comedy in britain iv got to say !!!

I just discovered the Still Game TV series and fell in love with the show and the characters. Have watched them all twice. Lovely show, wonderful cast and writing!

I am from the u.s. At first, I had trouble (now and then) understanding the Scottish accent. After I became used to the accent and slang, my husband started watching Still Game with me. He kept saying he couldn’t understand. By then I was so used to the accent, and everything was clear to me, so I could translate for him.I love the Scottish accent and will miss all the characters who were brought to life by all the brilliant, extraordinarily talented actors. Help! I am having extreme Still Game withdrawal ! I wish Still Game could go on for 50 more years, which is totally ridiculous. Imagine what the characters would look like by then, at 120+ years old. Geez! By then, Shug would be wearing hearing aids!

Absolutely loved the show gang, will watch it over and over. Loved Winston’s battle with Stevie and him telling Isaa she might get her hole if his line comes in, and Navid with his customers. My favourite episode is the one with the Caravan, brings memories back of my childhood with my grandparents, when Winston interrupted Jacks story, absolutely brilliant. And Tam/Bobby/Issa/Stevie all characters where brilliant. Well done to you all, it was a rare diamond 💎 in a river of modern comedy shite.

In wales we had the brilliant series High Hopes which the BBC refused to release on DVD, but still game is just brilliant and shown all over the country I love all of the characters and it will be sorely missed, well done Scotland.👍🍺

If'n you loved this series, which I did, may I recommend The Trailer Park Boys series from Eastern Canada. Equally original and each character is highly developed although the swearing and sociopathic personalities take some getting used to. Oh, my.

I watch Still Game every night when going to sleep I stumbled upon it accidentally a few years ago & got hooked haha I watch Narcos,Snowfall,Power,Breaking Bad etc but this show somehow snuck up on me I still ain't finish Chewin the Fat but it's funny but Still Game is💯

I found Still Game in 2019, in Qld Australia and have been watching repeats all the time. It really cheers me up during the dark days. The gloomy "Craiglang" is brightened up with these characters. I'm glad it's brought joy to other people as it did to me
