Ingredients: 350g french bean 3 eggs 4 cloves garlic 2 TABLEspoon cooking oil 1 TABLEspoon oyster sauce 2 TABLEspoon tomato sauce 1/4 TEAspoon salt 1/4 TEAspoon white pepper powder Steps: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Beat eggs. Add 1/8 TEAspoon salt and pepper. Mix well. 3. Hot wok. Add 2 TABLEspoon cooking oil. Add minced garlic and stir fry until crispy. Leave the oil but scoop up the garlic. Take out extra oil but leave some for frying eggs. 3. Add eggs and fry until it became solid. Separate them into pieces. When egg almost cooked, add half of cooked garlic. Stir fry. Turn off flame. Leaves the oil but take out the cooked. 4. Put in the extra oil we have taken out just now. When oil is hot, add french bean and stir fry until almost cooked. Then add in remaining 1/8 TEAspoon salt, 1/8 TEAspoon pepper, 1 TABLEspoon oyster sauce, 2 TABLEspoon tomato sauce. 5. Add little water (3 TABLEspoon). Stir fry a while. Cover lid for 2 minutes for it to be soft. Stir fry. Taste the bean sauce. If okay taste, add in egg. If not okay taste, add taste here. Add remaining garlic. Stir fry. Serve.
