Hi I just watched your leather wallet video it was very good it reminded me of my grandfathers style of leatherwork. He also made saddles and he loved the leather work community

No wonder my tri fold wallet is so thick, I'll need to pick up some of that goat skin. Stitching is an art all its own.

I've always found that anywhere from 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch from the edge is a good safe zone. When dealing with smaller items like belts and wallets.
