David Boardman, CEO of Stockpile Reports, tells the story of our company. The iPhone measurement solution was born out of the need for aggregates companies to accurately, safely, and repeatably measure stockpile inventory. The goal: reduce financial fluctuations for materials companies. As time progressed, Stockpile Reports started supporting manned flight solutions and eventually drones. Today, Stockpile Reports is installing fixed cameras at sites, taking the cost of the human piloting the job out of the equation.
Stockpile Reports is exploring putting cameras on front loaders, plant equipment, and poles to get as many images as we can as frequent as we can to drive real-time inventory data to eliminate write-offs forever. Companies will be able to make operational decisions on data they trust. Enabling maximum operational efficiency possible.
