Let me see if I understand these 2 rocket scientists. In order to sell aggregate, you must first obtain a piece of land that has aggregates on it? I never would have made that connection.

You delete a piece of land out of existence, so yes it’s not good for the environment. But you also delete land out of existence to build roads and houses so think of it that way.
