Okay, now my reason for watching. I was looking for a new floorplate that when removed would accommodate a common 10 round magazine, should you choose to use them. Keeps things under the radar. I have a custom FN Mauser Action from International Arms of Virginia. Fantastic action. However, my second choice would be a Weatherby .270. Why have a .308 when you can have a much better caliber in a .270. Faster, flatter and further reaching with extreme lethality. It's fun comparing ballistics. B.R's
I have a Wonderful Remington 700 , and just want a different FloorPlate . But my RIfle is Awesome and would never want another , that's until I see another one I want of course . I also have a Browning , another good Rifle .
Pot metal :-/ ? We've never been fans of Remington, now we know one more reason as to why not. Not to mention their recent sellout to Cerberus Holdings; not wanting to be culpable for the deaths and injuries from a proven faulty trigger. However, they eventually offered a new trigger without accepting blame for a nominal fee of $50 dollars. It may have been free of charge...I don't remember; it's on the internet. Even the military complained; nothing was done until people were dying, shameful!!
