My family have always been this end of the city, with my Nan and Grandad coming from Dresden along with their Nans and Grandads. Both great grandads fought for our country out of the Norths Staff Regiment in WW2 and both survived. My family and I have and will always be working class. You want it, you work for it. It’s as simple as that. Old Stoke values will never be beaten. I love this city and have great pride in saying that I’m from here.
