@@AdrianBoyko Ummm.. Engineering is "applied science" and is even classed as science in most fields of work. STEM is a thing and Engineering and Science per say are not far off from one another.

Been there, tried that, 27yrs ago - "Rotary Rocket". Superseded by fully flight proven SpaceX technology for some years now. There is nothing new or innovative here. Sorry, but I cannot lie.
Wrong. The "Rotary Rocket" (Roton) had one (it might have also used an aerospike, so it could have 2) thing in common with NOVA's upper stage: Hydrolox fuel. NOVA: TSTO, propulsive landing. ROTON: SSTO, helicopter landing. NOVA: has flown. ROTON: never flew, except for a small demo that was impossible to control.
