It is an insight into the mind of his victim. His victim had a Rolex, but ran into financial problems and had to come back to the UK. Imagine the personalities of these two men. Both of them operated under, "if you look successful, people will think you are and you will then be successful by getting their money."

Thanks for another thoughtful analysis. A documentary on this case had witness interviews in which Walker's neighbours in England found public displays of physical affection between him and his "wife" wholly consistent with a committed romantic relationship and not father/daughter. If the paternity of his grandchildren was able to be proven to not also be his children by an abuse of his daughter, I'm sure it would have been by now. Absolute horror story.

I remember watching a show about this and as soon as they said the body had a Rolex, I immediately thought, "you fool!" A Rolex can identify it's owner. Regarding his daughter, I can only imagine that as nothing about the paternity of her children has been made public, it signals the worst of all possibilities. I'd say he should have extra time added for what he did to his daughter (urgh, *shiver*😳)

Hello Dr. Grande, this video (as all of your videos) is very well explained and easy to follow. It seems that crimes f this nature are committed by people that think highly of themself. As you described, he wanted to look young, used his daughter to make others believe he had a young wife tried to look energetic, and so on. To me, it's sad to see how lost one can get when they feel that they count more than others. Best Regards and thank you for sharing. 👍❤

It sucks when you borrow someone's name and they want it back. As slick as Albert was, he should have simply created a ficticious name and come up with some phony documents to support the bogus name. Nonetheless, the trouble he was in back home and perhaps in England were non-violent crimes. He probably would have spent minimal time in prison if he had just admitted defeat. Certainly not worth knocking someone up side the head with an anchor before tossing the guy into the water.

"Necrology Looks at a Rolex": The ancient Egyptians were the first to reveal humanity's fetishistic nature. When we "left" the continuum of nature, the point where we separated ourselves from all other living things, we committed a crime against nature. We were not able to actually stand on our own feet but we declared our independence anyway. The resultant is fetishism and totemism. These two tendencies remain part of "civilized humanity." They are echoes of a distant past. No wonder the Rolex is so important. It helps us keep time. And we keep time to remind ourselves that one day time "runs out for all of us." However depressing the thought might be, it's less tedious than watching the sands of time disappear in the hourglass. The bright shiny surface of the Rolex makes it possible to distract ourselves from being completely submerged in the English channel and other places as well. Thank you for reading.
