@@sandfordfields6578 I had to go to hospital and get put on a drip. I couldn’t keep any food or water down. I suggest lots of Panadol and buscopan. I was taking 16 Nurofen and 4 buscopan a day. Try sipping on very small amounts of water. Just gotta wait it out
@J Mayorga luckly i felt better after 3 nights ans 2 complete days. I ate very light food and a lot of water. I did used pills for stomach balance given by my doctor. But honestly, u just have to go trough it as my doc said. It isnt like salmonella or smth ( had that too it was A HELL, i dont wish that to anyone, had to stay at hospital for 2 weeks). So anyone reading this, dont worry u wont die. It will finish sooner or later. Just give ur stomach rest, eat lightly and make sure u drink teas and water. Im glad u r better too i supose

I think I have a stomach flu right now , diarrea , weakness , light headed , headache and a REALLY bad stabbing/burning pain in my stomach to the point where I roll around on the floor crying...it's so painful please tell me how to get rid of the pain😭 been drinking water for 3 days and taking all kinds of stomach painkillers and NOTHING works
I usually take 1 table spoon of magnesium diluted in water it helps right away sometimes it will make you throw up but the pain will disappear drink lots of water I know the feeling

my 3 yr old has been vomiting for 3 days and counting! She had diarrhoea all day Sunday, committed at 8pm Sunday night...then woke up Monday morning with a couple more hours of loose stools. At 8pm Monday night (24hrs after first vomit episode) she precedes to vomit again. I found this odd but figured it was all over. Tuesday morning she woke up drank a pile of water, then threw up again. Her loose stools are done at this point but then her poops were soft solid and very pale yellow/tan. Around supper time she threw up again. Wednesday (today) she has thrown up a total of 4 times....she's urinating, drinking Gatorade, water etc but this seems a little long lasting..? maybe not but I'm concerned.

It really sucks too when your stomach tricks you into making you feel super hungry, and when you eat something other than saltines and apple sauce it's vomit city for the next 6 hours 🤦♀️ it's been six days so far. I feel a lot better than I did when I wrote this comment, but I noticed when I eat something even if it's just a few bites I feel super full.
