completely sympathised with the red player when he said he didnt want to be in an hour long game ... aoe4 is such a drag when it comes to longevity of games .. if only there were more win conditions or at least better refine the existing onces

I was thinking an opponent might have walled the left side when you tested for an opening there by checking if the villager pathing would go through the middle and sure enough there's a neutral wall there at the very end.

I feel bad for that second TC not being placed in between more resources or more cornered (out of sight of green)

Might as well use the excessi vills to build a wonder once it's 1v1 and you have strong perimeter defences.

Isn't +50 pop per kill too much? I believe, +30 (and +50 for FB) would be better.

I think if you"peace" a player, it should only stop harrassing attacks, not full assaults. And any Gentlemann's Agreement like this .... should only be allowed ONE Agreement per match. HISTORICAL BASIS... Richard the LionHeart DID in fact loot that French Castle on the way home from the Crusades

seeing if theres a pass in black part of map is not great with your soldiers not being able to walk over that part. what if its walled by enemy?

I think the chinese variant civ is best in FFA's. you get aoe bombards if you tech it.

Weird bug that Drongo got the Pop increase for yellow right

i think you should make IO rather than 6th vill on food. 20% extra resources means 5 vills + 1 io = 6 vills. except it's better to have IO since it will make the sheep/berries last longer (give more food total).

great videos as always, can someone here explain to me how to put 2 or 3 tc on the same control key please 😂

It was kind of painful watching Drongo stumbling around trying to figure out what he should make or do on the fly. Watch Beasty's gameplay on FFAs and learn how to properly boom for an FFA. He doesn't pick a fight at all if possible. Goes to a corner and gets trade or like a 100 TCs up asap and goes mega greed with pretty much 99% vils or traders or boats (if it's a water map). Then he deletes half the vils at the last minute before taking a fight making sure he has like 200 production buildings to make units fast if it is an emergency. Makes stone walls ASAP and secures all the neutral gold+stone even if he is floating too much of either. Drongo was floating way too much wood for way too long and was struggling for gold the entire time so that is a big issue. Anyway the final step is you go for wonder and try to divert people's attention by saying Wam is trading (insert relevant player name instead of Wam)
