Stop beating yourself up.. it’s in the past 

In order to find out what we are, we must find out that which we are not. Painful situations and experiences are there to strengthen and expand us not shackle us… we just need to show ourselves enough love and grace to forgive 🙏🏼

I needed this. I've grown soo much from my past and I don't even recognize that version of myself but I still keep ruminating over it. So confused. I made many stupid decisions and was being used by people around me. It is humiliating and painful. but its something I have to work through

Evan, I have been watching you for a while now, and you are making a huge difference in my life. I've been off PMO since August of last year. Also quit smoking at the same time, because it was so wrapped up in the ritual. I'm feeling lost right now because my beloved cat and soulmate Coco of17 years passed away 4 days ago.
