DON'T COMPARE WITH PROTEIN POWDER . A reputed Protein powder has good percentage of Protein from 67-80%. That's lean protein and easily digestible. Nuts are complete foods not supplements. They are caloric dense and not ideal for person on weight loss journey. They can still have it. It's good for certain vitamins, minerals and most importantly healthy fats. Both have their places and needs depending on individual.
@@tiger1995grvr Let's talk. Unless you consider ProteinX as some legit Protein Powder 🤦♂. Rather such type of brands are costly per gram of protein they give. 🤦♂.
@@nw3877 temme what is the source of sweetness from muscle blaze flavoured whey protein ??😂 how it is sweet??. Only fools will believe flavoured wheys are not caloric dense....
It's pumpkin (roasted) sunflower (roasted), flax (roasted), chia (roasted), hemp (raw), 1/2 cup each. It's mostly fat and fiber; actually very low protein in terms of protein to calorie ratio. This would be more suited for a vegan wanting to do keto. Still good because protein is overrated; we don't need all that much per day.
Except for the roasting , which modifies fats molecules structures , rendering them less absorbable, i agree that the recipe is actually healthy. But, if you absolutely somehow NEED to roast them grains and seeds, keep the temperarures as well as frying times low.
@@kdramaxslayyif you soaked them, then you have to dehydrate them or they get mouldy. Then you store them in an airtight container. Do your research on how to dehydrate seeds and nuts.
This is a great protein base recipe. If you guys think it’s not then go ahead and try it and see if it works for you you can always add some peanut butter to it to see if you like it peanut butter powder, but this is good thank you.
@@SimpleMansLifemy job sent out emails regarding the use of hemp seeds, and the use of any cannabis type oils... What can I use to substitute for hemp seeds?
the effects of antinutrients are really overemphasised they don't do that much. Only really in beans/lentils so for them you soak and cook but not nuts
This is good for bulking, idk why people hate on this. Sure, it might lack the amino acids but you can just cover it up by adding milk or greek yogurt, duh. Don't be a dick. You can have whey protein during the cut if you want🤷
I didn't see any technical recipe, no measurements of what each has benefits wise and protein amounts per as well as total amount of protein for the entire serving made.
Pprobably 30 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein. This is not protein powder, it's fat powder. Seeds are really fatty and calorically dense. Not ideal for weight loss, especially in large amounts like this video is showing.
Which seeds you used please mention them in a pinned comment. And your link that you shared for instructions video isn't in working condition , there's some issue from your side . Please check it out
You need to roast them on dry pan for about 2 mins, no more ...roasting them more will result in the seeds becoming hard to grind ...by roasting the flavour and texture enhances
Who all can use this home made protein powder, this powder is for weight loss or for weight gain. Does sleep apnea, acidity, acid reflux, sinus, people can use this protein powder
The off the rack Protein may have its own benefits. For eg : It would give you 25-30g of Protein per serving. This one is a blend of Protein, Carbs, minerals and good fat. I use both to meet my daily macros.
Store it in an airtight container Put it in a refrigerator, use within 3-4 weeks. I do not buy protein supplements. I prefer whole food. Check out other videos on Insta for high protein recipes- Insta @simple.manslife
Why do you cook it? These seeds benefit from being soaked! I wouldn’t make a powder out of them for protein, they’re healthier soaked plus the calorie and protein ratio doesn’t measure up to that of a scoop of protein powder in comparison, and people eat protein powder for the protein after all
Wanted exactly something like this. I'm vegetarian since birth so always my diet had less proteins as compared to others so my gut is also not much used to it. I bought whey protein from 2-3 brand but after few days all of those caused me acidity or bloating. I stopped using those and that made me feel weak and couldn't continue with my regular workout, would fall sick often. Just one question, can I exclude hemp seeds? I don't have them
@@SimpleMansLifeno I mean I ordered some raw mix seeds from online ,the seeds are raw not roasted ,I wanna consume it after soaking nd store it in fridge for long term use...is it okay to keep them in fridge?
Every other day i come across people who actually believe that this is a home based protein powder , when it is clearly not. Its a good fat powder and it has some proteim too. But it isnt a protein powder. Please stop misleading people
If we grind watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds........ By making powder and drinking mrng and night 👉is there any weight gain or weight loss........ Please tell about it I want gain weight...... Are these seeds useful are not????
