i love these sit-down chat videos jess!! it can be so exhausting trying to constantly chase happiness, especially when you don't even really know what you're chasing. I've been trying to incorporate little joys into my mundane daily life and making the effort to find a little bit of happiness in each day

"Everyday that we're alive is a Special Day" Twenty something years ago, there was a tragedy that happened in our family that i almost lost my precious life. Had i died that night,i wasn't able to use my personal stuffs that i kept inside my closet since the day i bought them, because i was waiting for the so-called special occasion where i can use them. Such tragedy gave me so much lessons to learn in my life... Now,my outlook in life has changed...."every wake-up is a blessings" This is what i always say to my grown-up sons now....
