Hi. 2:29 dried fruit 5:00 oatmeal 8:04 juice 9:12 whole wheat bread 10:18 "vegetable" oils NEWSFLASH! There's nothing vegetable about them! There's your list folks!
Yep I heard it primarily to do with obesity type issues even in the very young. Avoid hyper processed foods and eat healthful plant based diet with meat/fish /eggs if desired. You can be in your 20s and still have. Yes people who are obese may also have higher blood sugar than there slimmer selves. But primarily loose the excess weight achieve a healthy bmi and if you eat healthy foods then they wont reoccur or much less likely to. We should be cautious of assuming everyone reacts the same with blood sugar to food such as organic oats. People are much more individual than one might imagine you just need to wear a blood sugar monitor to witness what the difference is between yourself and your friend or partner. My doctor told me tiny couple of skin tags I mentioned to her on my neck made of calcified tissue and her teenage son had them and he was chubby. He lost weight and skin tags didnt reoccur my ones came off with a little prompting as tiny and I put Savlon on them for about 5 days 3 times a day keeping area very clean and skin totally healed as if they had never been there. Best to go to doctors to get an experts opinion especially if they are not that small or one has dark skin. I am pale so maybe my experience not reflective of how other peoples skin would heal.
I used to have a bunch in my pits. One day I was laying in bed and happened to feel that they weren't there anymore. I was amazed and went scouring the internet to find out why. It's definitely a benefit to keto/carnivore eating.
There is always some foods that seem to cause everything. I eat all these food, nothing. Stop paying attention to these. Is she a doctor? She is probably getting money for you listening to this. I do not food of any kind causes these?
I had the same ! I started lowering carbs and sugar..and sure as heck, those started going away. Then I started eating carbs and sugar again, and sure as heck, they came back. True story
@@carolynboyd8539 exactly! In most countries "certified health coach" isn't even a thing because you need a doctorate to advise people on their health not just do an online nutrition course 🤡
I was curious about this video. I hadn't had skin tags for years. In fact, I can't remember the last time. I went Paleo in 2009 and Keto in 2018. Now I see why after watching this video. I reduced my blood sugar and reduced my inflammation. Thank you for sharing.
Hi , I'm Karen, and I have tags , overweight, high cholesterol, etc.. I definitely will be cutting those items from my diet. Thank you. I'm trying to get healthy and I have multiple issues about my health. Thank you for sharing. 😊
I recently had a skin tag fall off on its own and wondered why. Thank you for this video because helped clarify their connection to my diet . Recently I’ve significantly reduced oil in my diet. I’ve maintained a normal glucose level most of my life but never considered “spikes”. I’ve also been pairing my carbs with oil-free vegetables daily. I believe the combination of these two changes contributed to the removal of the skin tag.❤
Oh my gosh, skin tags can fall off?! 🤯🤯 I’ve never had skin tags all my life and then recently noticed some under my arm pits and had then snipped at the derma office, before I knew of this insulin connection. Welllll…ever since the skin tag removal, their number exploded 😭🙈
Dried fruit, oatmeal and wholewheat bread are my favourite, no wonder i have small skin tags😥 i live in a not so well to do family so i really can't afford a lot of meat so i resort to these foods to keep me full. It's so nice to be enlightened by this video
All I can say since getting my Glucose numbers under the 300's and 200's for the most part... Average is 167 now. 99% of my skin tags are gone. I have a ton more energy dry skin is gone. No more soow plies in my lap. Just really glad for people like yourself sharing knowledge. Keep them coming....
Help us dear Lord Jesus show us what to eat and give us kingdom wisdom about our situation because sometimes we can get confuse with these different changes even from your children.
If you want to look to your religion for guidance on what to eat, it’s already right there in the ‘Old Testament.’ No prayer necessary, just reading. By that criteria, you may want to start by eliminating cheeseburgers, pizza w/meat toppings, pork, and all shellfish. 😉
Read your Bible and get a strongs concordance do a study on kosher foods and diet Don't buy the if you pray over it it's OK to eat!!! Stay away from the middle of the store, nuts whole grains Don't eat pork bottom feeders shrimp catfish ect Eat fruits and vegetables 1/3 meat 2/3 veggies Your meat shouldn't be bigger than a pack of cigarettes cut out pop caffeine And anything else that has hi fructose corn syrup and fake sugar Don't try all this at one time Take baby steps and add another one as you become comfortable
@@altitudeiseverything3163 Christians look to the old testament for the full story of Christ, but we don't live by old law. Jesus tore the veil and we no longer have to abide by that. So your argument is moot.
@@angelrebekah9153 I realize that; it wasn’t meant as an “argument.” 🙄 I’ve studied both Christianity and Judaism fairly extensively. However, I’m an atheist and don’t believe in prayer, so my comment was ‘tongue-in-cheek,’ hence the winky-face emoji.
Amazing! About a month ago a noticed a skin tag on my upper eyelid. Soon after, I started a keto diet with intermittent fasting. I am losing weight, and coincidently, yesterday I checked out the skin tag and to my surprise it is almost gone. Prior to the diet, for thirty years I have started my day with a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries (healthy right?). I stumbled upon this video this morning and thought you were talking directly to me. Thank you! I know this diet is working!
@@SandraJane-bd8imsuch a retarded comment you must be American. Most American food is poison to the body due to portion size and how much it is processed. Eating fruit is fine in moderation, just not dried fruit that is just flavoured. As to god he doesn't give a shit as he gives aids to babies, especially in Africa 😁. He will watch you burn in hell from above because he doesn't want retards in heaven, it weakens the membership.
thank you, i had these around my eyes called chocolate chips very common with African American women...when i found out i had prediabetes i removed juice and bread and grains from my diet 4 years ago and they have all mostly faded.
I have one lone skin tag on my hip. It wasn’t noticeable to anyone but me (and maybe my husband) but it felt like a tiny “pillow” of fat. Then almost 10 years ago I stopped using Canola, vegetable and corn oils to fry things AND actually did away with most fried foods, in general. If there was a difference, I didn’t notice very much. But then I cut all breads, grains, fruit about 3 years ago. Any carbs I get are from the veg or salads I eat (no beets, potatoes or corn). I, of course, also eat proteins and fat and THAT’S when I noticed a difference. Not only did I shed quite a few pounds but my skin tag is now the size of a tiny (and I mean, tiny) mole! I figured it must have had something to do with my low-carb lifestyle. But had no idea that cutting bad oils worked in tandem. I also find it highly ironic that these oils go rancid when exposed to high heat but then are pushed as “heart healthy, good for you” oils and used in most placed as the oil of choice for frying because it supposedly has a “high smoke point” and is supposed to be able to handle high cooking temperatures! I even got into a disagreement with a nutritionist holding a lecture because I was pointing out that these heart healthy oils health care and nutritionists push are not only harmful but are also GMO. I pointed out that oils such as coconut, though higher in saturated fat were better for us. She curtly cut me off and said all studies on coconut oil were “anecdotal at best!” She also stated that none of us (people in her class) would be there if we actually knew how to eat properly....” That was the last class I attended. I wish more people knew the truth.
Super comment! I had a heart problem last year and my cardiologist had review and told me that if not all cardiologist have changed their mind be now it won't take many years until they do.. he forbid me from eating vegetable oil and said if I needed fat for cooking that i should use highly saturated fat, butter or bacon. And there is a lot of science showing correlation of deep frying in vegetable oil and heart disease and lots of clinical studies showing heart and blood vessel improvements of just changing the "healthy veg oils" to bacon fat...
For centuries humanity in various parts of the world have lived on locally available flora and fauna. Coconut oil, Sesame oil, Mustard oil depending upon the local availability. Problem is commercial extraction of these oils. Life style illnesses are gift of capitalism and very recent happening in human history. 100-150 yrs are recent in 10,000 years of humanity.
Stick with coconut, avocado, and olive oils. Lard, butter, and bacon grease are also healthy. If you don't want gull stones, eat your saturated fats, which, by the way, don't cause fatty liver. When did health organizations warn against fat in diet and change the food pyramid? After we got margarine, vegetable and canola oils. Only my opinion.
This is all new to me. I used to get the odd skin tag but I have not had any for the last couple of years, years that I have not consumed any of the 5 causes of skin tags outlined in the video. These last 2 years my food has been dictated by adopting a keto diet, almost a carnivore diet that precludes these problematic foods. So my experience tends to back up the video but I realise that when N=1 this can hardly be considered proof. Thank you Kait for the thought provoking video.
I’ve noticed a couple of skin tags which I planned to have snipped, but I will definitely adjust and eliminate any of the five items mentioned. I’ll also review your videos. Very enlightening.
I cut carbs and went on keto/ carnivore. My skin tags shrunk and some started getting dry and itchy and would fall off. Amazing. 🤩 I agree totally with this video
It’s less about these specific foods and more about the high insulin in general. High insulin = skin tags. These foods require a lot of insulin to process.
@@PraveenSrJ01Might consider looking into Keto-vore... Carnivore...Dr. Ken D. Berry. I've been Keto-vore for 8+ weeks now, lost 29 lbs so far and health is improving greatly 😊.
As far as oil is concerned, cooking with coconut oil, ghee (as advised by you) in addition to those, we in India use mustard oil as well which is healthy too!
I've been on a low carb, high protein diet for 20+ years. However, I do like dark chocolate cranberries has a treat sometimes. Dried apricots also have more potassium than bananas and people with R.A. were found to have a potassium deficiency. So I have started eating dried apricots for arthritis (the tags appeared before I began eating them) and I love dates sometimes with yoghurt. Yoghurt for breakfast can also include ground pumpkin, sunflower seeds and ground nuts e.g. walnuts, hazelnuts, almond. I do eat a teaspoon of golden sultanas soaked in gin on a regular basis, it stops my hands locking up and having to have an operation on my wrists.
Very informative. I eat none of these foods. Type 2 diabetes has driven me nuts. I eat a little bread and if a do it is Dave’s killer Bread. This sliced and 12 carbs with subtracting fiber . And skin tags are my disgust . I get them removed and watch for possible tabs that could be pre cancerous. I gave up Metformin as most people have. And do not take meds. I need to see your class. Thank you for isolating the 5 foods but I am very aware of them.
You are fabulous! I started a low carb high protein and fat diet a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I noticed my neck and armpit skin tags reducing. I couldn't believe it! I had just recently purchased iodine and garlic to apply a pasty to them after seeing a chiropractor online recommending that. I'm so glad that your videos popped up on RU-vid for me! I'm sticking with you! Thanks so very much!
I started cleaning up my ‘healthy diet’ with a lazy whole 30. So many symptoms cleared up when I cut back or eliminated a lot of the ‘5’ you mentioned. Including the skin tags. All of the symptoms were put down to older age. I am sad about oatmeal though. That is the last to go. Could you do a short video on other grains/fibre like bran(all the forms) psyllium husk, etc. I like oatmeal because I usually eat it uncooked in smoothie or overnight oats, 2 tbsp max. Most other fibres seem to need cooking. Your videos are very helpful in understanding exactly how shifting eating helps with a lot of these nagging issues. Thank you!
Awesome you have seen your symptoms reduce! Good news - overnight oats > freshly cooked oats. I actually have a video coming in a couple of weeks that will expand on this further. The title will be something like “the best carbs for insulin resistance” so keep an eye out 🤗
Oats can be very healthy and nourishing for many (but not all) people. Just a couple days ago I saw a Joe Rogan podcast excerpt and he said something about certain chemicals that were used in the processing of oats before going to the market. So, the point is -- u must go to great lengths to make sure that the oats you're eating are in fact organic.
Mine disappeared under my left arm when I began to avoid all cooking oil 14 years ago. The dried fruit is a problem only if it contains preservatives which most do. Fruit sugar DOES assimilate differently in your body than refined sugar. If I eat fruit and no refined sugar, I never get mosquitos around me ever, even by a swamp. If I eat refined sugar, the mosquitos flock around me. My pitbull never gets any mosquitos around her and has no fleas whatsoever. That's because she eats no refined sugar at all and no dry kibble.

Thank you for your information on canola oil. I’m allergic to it and have side effects when I eat anything that has canola oil in it, including a sore throat, swollen face and body, and an upset stomach. But it’s cheap to produce, so is included in a lot of foods such as bread, breakfast protein drinks, packaged frozen dinners, and is used as a margarine spread.
I no longer consume this items!! Several years ago I went keto, then Carnivore because of so many health issues!! I'm 71, and am no longer type 2 diabetic, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome are mostly gone, pain from 5 spinal fusions is minimal, anxiety and depression are gone, and I am off 7 of my 11 long term prescriptions!! Even if someone doesn't go carnivore, but just eats REAL, WHOLE FOODS, and eliminates the sugar and processed and ultra processed foods, I believe you will see great benefits!! Kate, I love listening to you! God bless you! ❤🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏
This is very helpful. I have developed several skin tags on neck and just thought it was age. I also like the explanation of the different oils. Definitely will be using coconut oil from now on. Thank you.
FYI, avocado oil has a very high At 520° which is great for stir frying, roasting steak and searing steak. I use it all the time in my cast iron. I don't use any wimpy non-stick ceramic or teflon coated junky pans. I list below types of oil and what its good for. Coconut Oil: 350°F, ideal for sautéing and baking Olive Oil: 325 to 375°, good for sautéing, drizzling over finished dishes and making salad dressings Corn Oil: 400 to 450°, ideal for high-heat frying Canola Oil: 375 to 450°, good for high-heat purposes like deep-frying Grapeseed Oil: About 420°, good for sautéing and stir-frying Soybean Oil: 450 to 475°, ideal for high-heat stir-frying Sunflower Oil: 450°, good for deep-frying, stir-frying, grilling and other high-heat purposes Safflower Oil: 475 to 500°, ideal for all high-heat frying and cooking Flax Oil: About 225°, best for drizzling, salad dressings and blending in smoothies Almond Oil: About 430°, ideal for grilling and roasting Avocado Oil: 520°, great for searing, stir-frying, grilling, roasting and almost any kind of cooking Peanut Oil: 450°, good for deep-frying, sautéing and stir-frying Walnut Oil: 320°, best for salad dressings and drizzles Sesame Oil: 410 to 450°, good for moderate-heat cooking like sautéing
Basically get your blood sugar under control and they start shrinking? I’ve heard that insulin problems cause it so I guess the opposite would cure it. Nice to know👏
I've had to stop oatmeal due to gout, been switching away canola and vegetable oil to olive oil for lower temp cooking. I don't eat dried fruits, due to type 2 diabetes. I've cut back on botted fruits juice and prefer whole fruits instead. I've also had to severly cut back on breads and pastries due to gout, the yeast triggers gout flares for me. Pizza is also off-limits due to the crust. We make our own flat bread without yeast, I pair it with home made hummus, home made tzatziki or natural smooth peanut butter.
Can you do a video on forms of sweeteners? Monkfruit, allulose, pure maple syrup, coconut sugar. Which is the best to use? Are all forms (even the healthier ones) bad?
This video provided me tremendous insight. It answered so many questions and just makes sense. A few tweaks to my breakfast diet and I'll be in far better shape. Oatmeal most mornings can now be supplemented or replaced with things I like even better: eggs, bacon, avocado, greek yogurt. As always, a great video with great advice. Thank you!!
Early this year (2023) I made the switch from an Oatmeal + fruits breakfast to one centered around bacon, egg, avocado, and a small amount of "safe" berries. While I had no skin tags to pre switchover, the change has reduced what was for years a lot of body aches / pains. Enough so to allow me to resume lifting (very light) weights again, a first in several decades. Which ties in with this video's talk of Oatmeal (and other grains) being highly inflammatory. (I've given up grains entirely now. At least I think I have. Can't say I miss 'em, except for one sammich that was a food staple for some years. Such is life.)

I'm not gonna stop eating prunes or dates, but the other ones are easy to eliminate. I'll just burn any future skin tags off with apple cider vinegar 😅
I would confirm that the oats n dried fruits do reduce skin tags because I haven't had them in a while (6months) and I realise my skin tags have reduced big time😮 Thanks again for this video🎉
One thing most people don't realize is that fruit juice from concentrate or even labeled as fresh squeezed is still pasteurized (that means boiled). Pasteurization removes all the good vitamin C which is put back in by adding chemical claiming to be vitamin C. Vitamin C consists of 4 components, NOT just Ascorbic Acid. I recently freaked out at Sam's Club when I saw Orange Juice that was labeled as NON Pasteurized. It did have a warning label on it. What do you know? actual Healthy Orange Juice (still packed with Sugar) but Fructose instead of Glucose, but with REAL Vitamin C.

A dermatologist tried to sell me on the friction causes skin tags and I wasn't buying it. This makes more sense. Thank you. What oil do you recommend for baking? I despise coconut oil for baking.
I just had my annual skin exam. The doctor says skin tags are caused by friction but they're only on my neck. I use the over the counter medicine for corns. It burns, so you have to be careful.
Thank you for the video and comments… I WILL eliminate my six dried prunes from my diet… I will let you know when my tags disappear… lost 25 lbs on Keto plus walking…. Now on low carbs/high protein food plan… Suggestions for how to keep from gaining weight?
I currently make up a post heavy swim session drink which contains nuts(at Least the healthy ones), banana, pea protein, coconut oil, and coconut powder, dried fruit of various types, plus a good assortment of vitamins, a little Kefir and topped of with home made almond milk. Now after watching this I am thinking I may have to ditch the dried fruit. I only add the fruit for the natural vitamin C, but maybe I should just stick to a banana, apple and the natural berries and strawberry’s you mentioned. I live in Europe, so like most countries in the world, a lot of this fruit is seasonal, and out of season it can be very very expensive. I may even just ditch all the fruit and see what my energy drink tastes like. I admit to being a sugar junkie, but have resisted sugar for years and have felt the benefit for dropping it, but have probably been kidding myself by adding the dried fruit. What do you think.
I think a half lemon(with peeling) green leafy veggies like kale, spinach, etc, celery, cucumber, and ginger, …sweetened with half apple, or 1/2 banana, or fruit of some kind(berries…) and ice blended gives you what you need to replenish without the easy sugars. Works for me😉
Oatmeal is also high in phytic acid, which makes your teeth get soft. I avoid it at all costs now along with other foods containing phytic acid. My teeth have recovered nicely!
I had small ones which completely disappeared with keto then I eventually went back to the SAD and they returned. They have disappeared again after approx 4 month Carno.. thank you very much for the video, it helps to be informed 😀
@kait, I’m not sure about your recommendation. You seems to be in the low carb camp. Oatmeal got protein & fat along with complex carb and fiber. Why do you recommend egg & dairy that clearly got no fiber in place of its plant counter part that got fiber? I think fiber acts as buffer to slow down the glucose release in the blood.
Oatmeal has barely any protein and fat (6 and 3G per cup). Fiber is a nonessential nutrient. Yes, it can help reduce a glucose spike but if you aren’t eating food that is going to cause a spike it’s not necessary. Yes, I think low carb diets are a great tool, but I don’t think they are the only option. You can eat more carbs and see improvements but you have to be “smart” about them. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-p3j__sEI5D8.html You don’t have to listen to me or take my recommendations but I have helped 100s of clients reverse IR using these principles ❤️
Thanks for the information. I will try to avoid these foods, which I enjoy. But when skin tags begin to show on my neck, I tried to search for its causes.
I had tiny ones starting around my neck, & they have disappearred since going low carb & losing 10k a few years ago. I've a mate with skin tags, he eats bread for breakfast & has at least 6 cups of coffee a day, with 2tsp sugar... I guess in such circumstances they are inevitable.
I used to get skin tags years back. I believe in my 30's. I used to cut them off. Which seemed to help. I changed my diet a lot since then. And I'm pretty sure my blood sugar had issues. Even though I was officially within normal glucose levels it was always around 95. I would have dry food and smoothies which I'm sure had way 2 much sugar. Plus, I drank more and ate more processed goods. My tags happened to be under my arms. And easy to cut off with sharp scissors. Maybe, it is worth getting my insulin checked. I never have. But, than again my sugar seems fine now. So, it may not be Worth adding a test which may cost money.
@@iseeflowers It don't hurt when I cut them off. I may have an abnormally high pain tolerance. And I'm not squeamish. I clot pretty fast. So, It didn't bleed much more than any other small cut like shaving or whatever.
Doctor or not, what she says is true more often than not. I speak from personal experience. Also, if you freeze your bread, then toast it, that will lower the carb factor a bit.
Of all 5 foods i only have Vegetable oils:- soybean, mustard, rice bran oil pure or blend is all we use at home.no substitute economically what could be the safest? Though they're all veg. Oils.
I’m in the best of health and shape eating loads of fruit daily but if I ate candy, donuts, etc my health and fitness will make a turn for the worst, so I don’t know who invented the slogan “sugar is sugar” that the body can’t tell difference.
Oatmeal is also high in fiber, but I agree by adding protein via milk (vegan or non-vegan) and some type of fat like but butter or coconut oil. Blunting sugar spikes, and this insulin spikes is the gem 💎 of this video
OMG! we are family always eat oatmeal everyday. (me, eat oatmeal since college life.) and we drink orange juice. blueberry juice. and snack with sometimes dried mango. and we also eat whole wheat bread everyday, We dont have skin tag 😂 maybe this video misleading. but my friend have skin tag, we consult with dermatologist about her skin tag for treatment. dermatologist shares knowledge, situation affect skin tags are one of these: lack of drinking water, summer hot sweating (need to wipe all sweat with clean towel), too much consumed of sugar, lack of cleaning body before bedtime, late of sleep/lack of sleep, lack of vitamin d, discharging protein thru makinglove 😂, lack of water intake everyday, need to drink water everyday atleats 8 to 10 glass, need to reduce consuming sugar. thanks for your tutorial. 👍
Nice job with the video, and I agreed with it right up to the point where you listed avocado oil as a medium oil less than coconut oil heat range, near olive oil. Olive oil is a great medium oil (around 120 degree max) , but avocado oil is your best oil for higher heat and can withstand higher cooking temperatures than coconut oil even (450 range} . Everything else was right on target :-)
@@HealthCoachKait At what temperature does avocado oil oxidize? I ask because I like to fry steaks (in skillet pan) using avocado oil ... at medium (to medium-low) heat, and am hoping that I'm not oxidizing the oil in the process. Thanks.

How about peanut oil for frying ? And what about legume flour bread such as red lentils, chickpeas... ? About oat flakes at breaakfast... if you consider they have a high protein content as well, just by adding some fats (pure bitter cacao powder ie) could make them OK IMO.

I use peanut, avocado, coconut, and olive oils for most of my cooking. I also use lard and ghee when cooking at higher temperatures. I have lots of skin issues which started when I was so pressed for time I had to depend on fast foods for all my meals. I'm now trying to eat a healthier diet but it has taken several years to wean myself off of the foods I had become accustomed to eating during the manic period of my life.
Table sugar is a combination of fructose and glucose, and your body processes them differently. I'm going to focus on fructose and high-fructose. These go directly to your liver for processing and result in fatty liver, and contribute to insulin resistence. High-fructose is in everything and fructose, well, fruit that used to be seasonal until they started shipping it year round. I'm no doctor. It is more complex than a small paragraph, and this is only my opinion.

I still have sand grain size skin tags and have been mostly OMAD organic clean keto for several years.. when I was juicing regularly most of them went away. I'm also down around 80 lbs. The only dried fruit I like is currants (red white or black) and it's been several years since I had any. Oatmeal.. breakfast.. nope. Mom used to use oatmeal in meatloaf (urp) Juice.. a little lemon juice on some veggies really doesn't count as drinking juice, right? Whole wheat or any bread... I have fond memories of those. Canola oil - not here..wait.. tallow but not bacon grease?
After four days, I am so weak. It was suggested that I drink 16 oz of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. I believe it helped but I’m still dizzy and weak. What is carnivore flu?
I ended up with hundreds of skin tags when I went cold turkey off thyroid medication. I smothered the skin tags in lanocane ointment and they all came off within days. They haven't returned.

Hi, is it lidocaine ointment rather than lanacane? Nothing came up under Lanacane when I searched it. I would like to try the ointment, could please verify it?
Wow this answered my question spot on. I’ve always had this small little dot on my face but within the this last month or so it has doubled in size. I recently took Wegovy insulin for a few weeks. Now I know why it grew so much in such a short this time. Thanks for this info
I never thought about the fact that insulin is a growth hormone. That being said, having elevated insulin levels raises your likelihood of getting cancer since your body is in a constant state of growth. Scary
According to my dermatologist, skin tags are also genetics! My paternal gradma has so many skin tags even though her diets are fresh fruits, veggies and seafood. She was 96 yrs old when she passed away during her sleep.
There is a genetic component, but that doesn’t mean you will develop them. If two people were to eat the same (high insulin) diet, one genetically predisposed to skin tags and one not, only one might develop them, or at least develop them sooner. But if both were to eat a low insulin diet then neither would 🙂
I've been on Keto and IF for just over a month and I'm looking forward to my skin tags going away! I have a really big on on my inner thigh forever and a new one right on a tattoo on my collarbone! Ugh!
I have been on keto for years. In addition, I don’t eat any of these foods and haven’t enjoyed these food for years- I still have many skin tags. I used to have them removed- only to have them appear again. Please help!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
If the skin tags are skinny, you can just cut them off if you can stand the pinch , or tie a thread around it it will fall of in a few hours . You welcome 😊
