I've come to the conclusion that Google Ads are a total waste of time. My adverts (for another finance related venture) are appearing on candy crush style games, QR code scanners, Turkish travel videos and all sorts of garbage unrelated to my business area.

Thanks for sharing...I have conversions (actual form lead submission) in google ads, but there are no actual leads! I checked everything, but everything looks normal! expect there is no lead! any idea?
@@ScottRedgate Yes, I did, and everything works smoothly even in tag manager! the only edit I made in the campaign is excluding Google Display Network which dramatically lowered the conversion count from thousands of conversions to tenths.. yet no actual leads 🙃
how to stop fake clicks from call only ads? I had been a happy google ads consumer for the last 1-2 years I have never encountered such a thing before as fake clicks as I am encountering them every second day in my ads accounts for specific client campaign. The budget is wasted and ads are stopped due to threshold limit reach. This is super bad experience for the last 3 weeks. Is there any work around for call only ads? Things you have mentioned here were already added when creating the campaign.
@@ScottRedgate keywords are exact match and narrow down to the services. Only one specific city is selected rest are added in excluded location. Its spam/invalid clicks ( not conversions) that are super frustrating.
Hi! I signed up for a ClickCease account but never connected it. Read too many reviews that it wasn't worth the cost. Maybe the reviews were wrong though! 🤷♂️
