You see, this figure is just one big marketing strategy. You're supposed to like the Diaclone man more. Which, in the end. Will make you Complain like Huffer, it's quite the issue. Everyone who buys this figure is slowly turning into that who they hate. Huffer

Got the Botcon exclusive Huffer (which is a repainted Cybertron Armorhide). It does the job and scales well with the others. However, that MFT Gears is tempting.

This is actually the first time I've heard an explanation for those odd "Diaclone Mech" figures, so cheers for that. Also, yes, that arm transformation is a horrible juggling act from the 3P Legends company I usually think of as doing the easiest transformations.

Regarding the purple exhausts: the g1 toy had this weird vertical molded bit at the end of the orange cab. Not sure what it was meant to be, but perhaps the purple exhausts are meant to reference that. It's definitely an odd detail about this toy.

With all the epic complaining Huffer does I'm surprised that the Autobots didn't send him to the Decepticons to any them with the complaining. It would've ended up ending the war a LOT quicker. XD It's also always good to see some Diaclone love 3rd party or otherwise.

The tale of the three little Minibots and the big bad Huffer is the most funniest skit I've ever watched. Anyway I recently bought a MechFans Toys MF-17 Hercules (G1 Devestator) since friday and it also comes with a Diaclone Mechsuit in it, It"s simple and cheap for only P1,699.

The silver pipes actually look more like air intakes than exhaust stacks. As far as the ventilation system on the back, it's just an external air conditioner.

I can imagine if Huff was on the ship in the 86 movie, the 'cons would have left and the core cast of the G1 Series would have stuck around longer such as Prowl, Ratchet and Ironhide. Yeh...the cooling unit on the back of the cab is entirely redundant on the vehicle that Huffer is supposed to be - a shunter. The aircon units on the back of cabs is usually seen on linehaul trucks doing longer trips, for the sleeper cab and especially for hotter environments...like Western Australia and the mining industry - 3-5 day drives from city up to the minesites

To me, the diaclone figures seem like 1:64 scale titans

The skit in the beginning was hilarious. Thank you for reviewing a figure from MFT. So many of the Masterpiece snobs look at you like a turd flew outta your mouth for mentioning that company. I'm ordering mine next week.

Explanation n what the fans may be from. Most long haul trucks with a sleeper bunk have something to provide power/heat/AC for when the truck is off and the driver is sleeping. They typically come in 2 kinds. A bunk heater which is a unit under the bed. It's purely electrical and can only run off of the batteries. The second, which my truck is equipped with, is an auxiliary power unit, or APU. The APU is essentially a generator mounted behind the bunk on the frame just in front of the rear wheels. Because it is essentially a second motor, it requires a radiator to help cool the coolant to help provide cold air and cool the motor. So on the back wall of my bunk (on the outside of course lol) is a small radiator with a fan. That's the only thing I can think of, as all shunt trucks I've seen don't have anything like this on the truck.

The mechs are KO’s from the new diaclone line and mech fans toys have bootlegged some of the full sized figures from that line along with the dianaut soldiers (who also have amazing articulation for being the size of titan masters) and even original upgrade kits and an omega supreme that are all compatible with diaclone reboots mix and match join system

This gets funnier now that Kingdom Huffer exists

My altmode would be a maroon colored Pontiac Fiero with a huge Autobot Firebird logo on the front.

Hopping you review the studio series Optimus prime. He in my opinion is one of the best studio series toys we ever gotten. The vehicle mode is fantastic and so is the robot mode. The thing is that this thing has some masterpiece engineering. It's not a surprise because they put the masterpiece engineers to do the siege and earthrise and Studio series. So that explains the quality of Masterpiece today. Anyway awesome review!

I got the Pipes version. He's a fun little toy also. We'll just have to wait and see what Has-Task comes up with for Huffer/Pipes.

Ya know, I never understood why people were like “ wheel jacks the clumsiest engineer ever and his inventions never work, even though for like the first ten episodes all they did was work. And don’t even mention the dinobots. It’s explained later that they just needed larger brain modules. So they still worked, because they were originally programmed to act more like dinosaurs. I just don’t get why they suddenly said his inventions sucked when they never did and rarely did even after they said it. But anyways, I digress. Ps, love the cut-off explosion. Warpath was one of my first and most beloved transformers, so I couldn't agree with you more that we need an official update. Especially since most of the 3rd party offerings are out of scale and super expensive, when you can find them.

So I was wondering if you could answer a question. How do you animate flying things I've been trying to get into stop motion but I've not been able to figure it out.

You could always use those Diaclone suits as Prototype Exosuits for Spike, Sparkplug, Chip or Carlie.
