Thank you, love! Because the sentence needs a verb to make sense! You use "bueno" or "bien" to describe something - you need the verbs "ser" or "estar" to describe something. Eso no está bien - That's not good/not right Eso no es bueno - That's not good Take into account the scenarios in which you would use Ser or Estar. @@CaptainAMAZINGGG it’s not correct to translate it directly. The grammar doesn’t allow it (if anything in-house doesn’t either, saying “no tasty” or “yes fast”). Like, “what’s up” or “got it” or “calm down”. No bueno is just people trying to say “not good”. But that’s slang, so it doesn’t translate well. So depending on the context you’d say different things like “this pasta is not good (esta pasta no está bien)” like saying it’s useless or made wrong. Or saying “that boy is no good” like saying bad news or bad idea. When in doubt just try diffenrt words. You could say evil, broken, taste bad, wrong, bad news, useless. One of trying to translate a very unique “no good”. Also there’s other similar words like “no-good dishwasher” or just “no bueno” that also form part of the language and wouldn’t translate directly. There’s too much cultural and language context.
