In theory this does make sense but in reality you can not daily consume enough vegetables or food that can help you get all the necessary vitamins or minerals. We do need multivitamin.
Even liver firstly needs nutrients to fetch the nutrients out of food. Not everyone's liver fetch equal amount of nutrients. Multivitamins are very helpfull. I take becasule and maxirich and they are very helpfull in my daily activities i feel lazy and weak

When I was not taking Vitamin D3 my blood result came 27.5 ( Ref range 50~250). After taking twice a week now value is 188. I think Vitamin dose helped.
Yess no doubt ki ye help krte h... he is saying ki multi vitamin alg alg ek sath leke sochna, ki koi bhi vitamin m mai deficienct nhi rhunga... toh ye galt h... because some vitamin don't allow other vitamins to get absorbed when taken at the same time....at the end he says fix your overall diet then take vitamins you are deficient in.
Ok so guys i tell u my experience .. I have given birth twice .. After my frst delivery i barely took any vitamins only focused on eating good and healthy and after 4 month post partum i had severe hair fall tht left me with bald patches .. backache all the time .. energy levels were always low and totally drained due to which i gave up on breastfeeding also .. but after my second delivery i took my vitamins regularly for 6 months and i kid u not i had very less hairfall with very high energy levels all the time .. breastfeeding exclusively still (baby is 11 months now ) no back aches .. no draining .. running after toddler and a baby . exercising regularly.. managing everything by my own .. no help .. so plzz dont forget to take good vitamins if ur facing any issues
Correct, I follow a particular diet, in which I take Chicken breast, but with it I take curd also. Iron and calcium interfere with each other for absorption that's why generally on Mondays I eat chicken breast with liver and I leave curd our of it for atleast 1-2 hours in between
But some stupid people think they can get all these nutrients from plants only 😂 I follow the perfect diet including veg and Non-Veg Twice eating non veg in a week , and I am following this proper diet I rarely fall ill once a year . I'm 6'5 and my whole family is fit ❤
@@limitedgamer9622it is possible to get these nutrition from plants too. You must learn and follow a correct diet for it. Even meat eaters fall deficient of nutrients based on how they eat. I chose meat for convience of protien and cheapness. Otherwise my family is veg and and are doing well❤

Mostly multivitamins are overdosed just to prevent losses in case of long term preservation...so at the time of consuming the tablet...it would have been reduced from the number written on the label.....but it is very good that it is underdosed...because you will get most of the vitamins and minerals from your diet and the tablets will just enhance your daily goals to reach rda....also the composition is such that the components that reduce the absorption of other doesnt really do much damage...and you get the results....and also multivitamins are not medicines but supplements.....it is part of diet and not your medicine stack.....so there is no problem in taking it.
