Nuts and dry fruits are different. Dry fruit example is figs, prunes, dried apricots etc

Sir give your thoughts on food production these days does use of pesticides etc and gm foods give us the required nutrients we need... We have the best quality of foods to see but actually they are lacking the real nutrients etc so people are forced to have these vitamin capsules

❤❤Sir I have Question ? As in Multivitamin tablets the vistamins are resist to absorb each other due to there nature. So Can we take the handuful of nuts at a same time with milk will they absorb or they will not aborb as the multivitamin tablet. I also do workout for 45mins and then take those nuts and milk. I do this for gaining weight...

डाक्टर साहब मेरे वालिद जो asthematic थे, डाक्टर साहब से ज़ब मैंने उनसे चावल न देने के बारे में पूछा उन्होंने कहा ### नहीं, ऐसा कुछ नहीं है, हमारे थाली में जो भी खाया होता है, उसमें सभी vitamins और minerals पुरे होते है, उनको सब दीजिये लेकिन उनको जरूरत के हिसाब से! आपकी बात पुरे तौर पर मुक्कमल सही है!

पीनट यानी मूंगफली की आप तुलना बादाम से कटाईनहीं कर सकते क्योंकि मूंगफली एक एंटी न्यूट्रिएंट नट है आप जिन विटामिन को ग्रहण करेंगे मूंगफली उसे खुद डाइजेस्ट कर जाता है जबकि बादाम अपने आप में एक अलग जगह रखता है
