Probably my worst preseason take is thinking the Spurs would be a top 6 team. As legendary of a rookie season as Wemby’s having, he’d need to average 25 and like 6 assists for San Antonio to even be in the play-in. They’re just too young with not enough playmaking to have done anything this season.

Tbh West is pretty easy to predict. Nuggets are making it out. The team they’ll meet in the WCF depends: could be TWolves, Thunder, Clippers, or even Suns. Depends on seeding and matchups. But any of the 4 will lose to the Nuggets ngl. I’m not high on the Thunder though. Honestly don’t think they’ll make WCF. If they play Clippers or Suns in the 2nd round I think they’re toast, if they play Wolves or nuggets they’re definitely toast.
