First reforging talis on fortuitious (or how it's called) improves cc by a ton and is prob better for most player (because of less maxed gear->Masterstars). Additionally I want to address that I found your title quite confusing since you are implying hasty to be better, which is then proven wrong by ur testing. The point Im trying to make is that I think a less controversial thumbnail (simply telling indirectly the result: Spiritual>Hasty) would be much more appealing to the majority of people(my opinion). Otherwise I enjoy these type of videos a lot
