Hmmm while yeah most people shouldn't worry about GPU power draw, with today's trend I think power efficiency is becoming an even more important spec to look for. One of the best things about the 4070ti is that it's a 3090/3090ti card at 285W (Compared to 350+W). Lower electricity bill, lower power consumption, lower heat output at the same performance. AMD cards also excel at being power efficient (while also being cheaper, and performing quite well).
For gpu power draw it depends on the user. If your a mid range or lower. Power draw is important most of the users since they factor power consumption. But for the enthusiasts, it does not matter since they want the best performance. Why buy a 4090 and worry about your electric bill beacause it consumes up to 450watts
For CPUs, single threaded bench mark is important not the GHz and 6 cores is a requirement. Muntik na ako mapabili ng x3d na yan ang liit lang nang increase sa single threaded benchmark :).
The memtest86+ result hits hard. I've got that last year when I was forced to buy another RAM stick due to the one I previously had failing out of the blue.
the talk about case fans made me laugh so hard. so many people whining about dB levels of fans is such a first world problem XD You're gonna put on a headset anyway XD
about the noise fan.. it's somehow important to me but not a dealbreaker.. I usually work at night and I don't really like wearing headphones and headsets.. Pag gabi na at sobrang tahimik ng paligid.. parang na aamplify yung ingay ng fans.. it's fine tho.. hindi naman sya sobrang ingay.. pero na bobother lng ako kung bkt biglang nag iingay yung fan kahit wala namang workload sa PC
the gpu power is still important for some... if you are running on solar power and batteries. or you are located in the province wherein the price of electricity is higher compared to meralco.
How timely naman na sumabay ito sa reviews ng ROG Ally since everyone and their mother begins it's duel with the Steam Deck & other handheld PCs, though ASUS fell short with the analogs in a hall sensor loving community atm.
I think yung sa fan noise, mostly mga streamers ang concerned diyan. But nowadays, tama ka na masmaganda na ang mga cases ngayon and they can muffle the fan noises.
I dunno, if you're streaming you probably already have a noise gate filter which would remove sounds like the fans or the sound of your keyboard I guess if you're a professional streamer and are very particular, and even beyond that there are use cases where fan noise might affect you - but for the vast majority of users I really don't see it being a problem
Sa wakas may nag educate na din. a lot of Filipinos got influenced by this american youtubers with the phrase "like a plane taking off" sa ingay ng fan.
fan noise dB satin is 100% useless lumaki tayong pinoy na 99% my electricfan naka wire na satin na white noise na lang yung fan noise pag yung fan is parang jet engine na yung tunog dun lang naman tayong mga pinoy ng rereklamo

For the GPU usage, i dont really agree. It affects the bill and and the PSU choice so why would I forget about this spec? And for those using UPS, dont they need to consider it? Between two gpus that have almost the same game performance but power efficiency is very different, i'll definitely consider the power draw

Yah i remember back in the day may friend ako na nag babase sa cpu frequency at na dali rin ako noun akala ko talaga mas mabilis pag mataas ang frequency and not minding on the generation of the cpu XD
