I’d also recommend making sure it has a collar that isn’t worn out. Sometimes you can get really high quality polos from thrift stores if you look hard enough. I also wear a collar stay keep the collar looking crisp throughout the day. It also helps with older shirts that still look good, but the collar is a little worn.

I wear a long sleeved, cooling sports polos, they fit just right; look stylish/professional and keeps you from overheating

Tip: you can still wear bright colors if its your preference. Ideally a shiny fabric will work if you like. But ideally a bright color that has no printwork is a good tactic as long as you use a darker color to balance it out. And neutral colors as they usually go with everything.

as a self proclaimed polo connoisseur: i say wear whatever you want. you can pull off 95% of outfits with emough confidence. personally i like baggy and flashy polos, but you go with whatever you feel best in!

I want to wear polo’s cos I’ll soon be cutting, I don’t want to be a veiny blob but I want to get a body fat low enough to see the muscle belly through the skin, I want a pump so it’s unrealistic to expect to see the actual muscle cells through the skin all the time. @alpham You should know better or do I need to call Antonio over at Real Men Real Style or maybe the gentleman's Gazette? The "polo shirt " you are talking about is NOT actually a Polo shirt. Is in fact a athletic shirt. Ralph Lauren took the design from Brooks Brother and called it a polo shirt after the sport of Polo. He did this because the real polo shirt is actually the what we call the Oxford button-down. The were used to keep the collar from rising up on the polo players during game. Mr Brooks likes the look of the shirt and brought it over to the US in around 1818 or 1820.

Ladies Kno that style and look. been with men that wear that, so it's a familiar look for them to go for. Your shirt you have on is on the smaller side .not an attractive color vibe that says hey girl .. what's up ! why do people listen to fools like him my mom was a model and she taught me a lot about clothes . so here's a few things. 1. don't worry about" little boy" polos because most polos are worn in the summer to carefree events like barbecues etc. fun things to do . so if wearing "little boy polos" makes you feel comfortable like they did when you were were younger , other people will pick up that happiness vibe and make you much more popular. personally I have several bright colored and striped ones too. 2. don't worry about "buying high end expensive" polos. some people just like to have new things like trading in a car for a new one every other year. so if you like wearing new things or trendy ones then buy the less expensive polos because they will give you a couple of good years worth of wear. after you get bored with the old polos, just give it away or use it for rags and buy some new inexpensive new polos and you'll be happy you didn't waste your money on so called " high end polos" you get tired of wearing. 3. sorry, but the color blue does not look good on every person. blue does not match every skin type. off white on people with light skin makes the skin appear even more lighter. the best color to wear is a peach tone ( not orange tone) or a beige tone since peach and beige color tones match and enhance all skin types. see he said blue and off white are his favorite not your skin's favorite. oversized polo shirts are perfectly proper to wear especially if the Baggy polos are make from 100 percent cotton. 100 percent cotton oversized polos shirts will allow the best air flow for circulation during hot weather because the cotton allows the skin to breathe and these shirts will keep you warmer at night when the temperature starts to grow down. 4. buy what you like. he obviously is making money promoting john Hendrick polos shirts. I bet those john Hendrick shirts aren't striped or bright colored or weird. he just wants to sell you those john Hendrick shirts 5. if you want to wear your polo shirt "properly " then make sure the seam where the sleeve meets the shoulder rests on the end of the shoulder. and, if you like them baggy or oversized then the shoulder/sleeve seam should not be more than 1 inch over the shoulder. just remember there really isn't a mistake in wearing a polo shirt unless you listen to this guy who only cares about you buying john Hendrick polos so he can make some extra money from the sale.
