Stop with the throat murder! You have to know how to be loud without damaging your instrument! 

I thing I learned for loud singing, is to get tension on a part of your body that's not needed to produce sound. Flex those arms to keep the tension away from your throat. 💪🏼

Thanks for the advice Gabby, because working on audiobooks is murder on the voice no matter how much water I drink 😂!

I volunteer to speak to 7th graders and they bought a portable PA system for me so I could protect my voice. Wow! You have to ask and not feel weird about it.
