On opening day of trout season, I went out fishing on one of the local bodies of water that had been stocked. We had a pretty solid day of fishing, catching 10 between my brother and I, but when I went to take my fish up to the car at the end of the day, I had an encounter with a game warden. This video shows just about the entire encounter that I had with the game warden. The only parts that are edited out of the video are done so to protect my personal information.
When I got stopped by the game warden, he was very professional in how he handled the entire situation. He did a great job at explaining what I had done wrong, and I fully understand why he gave me the warnings, as i was in the wrong. I learned from this encounter with the game warden and will be sure to be more prepared going in to future fishing sessions.
