This place is not 5 minutes from The Loop. More like 25 minutes if there is no traffic and the traffic is always horrendous. Other than that, the community looks beautiful.
i live in next neighborhood over. Midday not as bad, some construction near publix fixed the return lane a little so traffic isnt as bad as it was a moth ago. but school is out. But the 2 schools outside can halt traffic by allot.
