Nice build, but would have mounted the wheels centred under rib one and three, much stronger and perfectly balanced the weights in half and stops the plywood structure from sagging in the middle.

This is the level of Lego that I have always wanted ever since I was a child 😂 I've got one standard Lego "bucket" overflowing with Legos but that's about it, my uncle's old Tyco lego bucket is mia at the moment otherwise I'd have that slap full too Not gonna lie though Bob, you blindly shooting a nail upward toward your hand made me nervous for you xD

Doing the real world check is a must due to tolerance issues I made 3 sets of spice racks. The first set (two) had the jars fit just fine based on their reported size The next two sets (1 big one and 2 smaller racks) I am currently sanding the side walls because the glass jars aren’t all the same size. I even put a small gap on each side Double check the real world measurements match the theoretical ones from the model at each step of the build. This is especially true for things that will be stored in the final assembly. It will save you so much time and hassle Great table. Your tutorials are fantastic. Even though I am missing many of the tools, you let the viewers know how to do it without those tools. Also huge thumbs up for the way you do promotions and sponsors

I wouldn't want to be married to a very specific container size like this. Those totes get brittle and fall apart over time. What are the odds you would be able to go right out and buy some extras 5 years from now. The good news tho is that it wouldn't be hard to turn those "cleats" into shelves in the future.

That's more useful than I'd expected. The biggest change I'd make to it (other than making it counter-height) would be to include a folding panel on the side which you can prop up to use as a surface to sit at. That's a pretty easy modification, though, and if you can follow these plans then you already know how to add that in.

Years ago I used this exact system for my hubs closet. I made the plastic containers shallow, so they never got too full, or heavy. But alas... Over time it was a fail. The plastic containers sorta collapsed in the center side walls. Which simply meant the sides no longer ran across the cleats. Meaning the plastic container just fell thru. I suppose it could have been user error. I really had used shallow containers to prevent weight inside the bins. So, maybe his socks grew heavier over time? hahaha, I dunno... 😆 But eventually he had destroyed the whole system. Maybe the strength of the plastic just caved over time? Legos should not be as heavy as socks (I guess) so let's hope this stays usable for a long time!

Seems like it would've been a good idea to add small walls to the side where the lego sorter would go, that way you can just shove them towards it with abandon. Of course you could probably just take some wood together, glue/screw it together and make an attachment to act as that wall which might work better.
