But u cant put the water on ocean if u going to push those water on laguna lake to ocean now we need to male the laguna lake there excess water being disposed. Over the top of the ocean like water falls! Now that one are being open need to calculate how much volume of water are being made to start to flow on flyover syle and being dump into salt see now no body got flooded there area...
